More than few waterfall, you can do treking, several offer for outdoor activities (camping, pool jumping, swimming, etc). Lots of warung offer you traditional snack (geplek), which is made from sweet casava and gorengan, super fat but yummy. A bit far from jogja around 30km. But you can rent scooter and cheaper.

It took us about an hour drive from Jogjakarta city centre to Kalibiru. I would recommend you to go here if you like a scenic view, nature and instagram. - Be prepared to do alot of climbing up and down once you get at the park. - Toilets are located everywhere and very clean too. In fact the whole park is very well managed and clean. - There are variety of platforms that you can choose from to have your instagram worthy photo taken from. Every platform has its own fee and additional fee for photos to be taken by professionals. - If you don't know how to pose, don't worry they will assist you on how to pose for the best angle. Do wear bright colour outfit so you'll stood out in the photo. - If you get hungry no worries there are a few cafes selling local delicacy. - No crazy tourist fee here. Of cause there is a price difference compared to the locals but still cheap. - We spent about 4hours in this park because we had to decide on which platform to take, to queue for our turn, lunch and took mini breaks while climbing the stairs ???? - We had a really good hired driver during this visit, he was very patient in guiding us thru the park even help us took really nice pictures. Have fun!
