Went there on a sunny day during the weekday. Not too much people. The malls were combined by 2 malls + 1 outlet. This outlet was little bit different from those with Premium and Mitsui. The products' price there are little bit higher due to the shops & brands.
If you went there on a Sunny day, you must go the restaurants near the lake in which the view were perfect. If you were dogs lovers, there were many doggies there too.
We did walk through the outlet and part of the mall but not all due to limited time. In fact, we did spend one whole day there already but we cannot see all shops.
Next time, I will go there again for sure not because of shopping but the scenery and atm0sphere.

Nice spot on a sunny day. Good during the significant days in the Shinto calendar. Not much else to see.

not easy to access without car
my first experience in Japan water park : this park is basic, not WOW for me (there is a lot of exciting water park in my country). However i really love the largest pool with whirlpool style.
my friend ask me to join with his Japanese friends group at this park.
And i do much research about how to access the park from tokyo and the only one choice (provide by google) to get there is not work
(Google offer tobu train --> get off at Koshigaya station --> take the bus to shirakobato water park : baout 30 min --> get off the bus --> walk about 10 min ; much far from park entrance)
Mine offer the easier way :
Take tobu train and get off at KITAkoshigaya --> take the bus about 5 min --> get off the bus and the park entrance is there !!!!!!

Hanata-en is of the very best, if not THE best Japanese Gardens in the Tokyo area. Their teahouse, adjacent to the pond garden, hosts noh plays, kabuki, and tea ceremony on certain days of the year. Community buses do serve Hanata-en though their schedules are very limited so check at the station before venturing out as it is a LONG way from the station and there are no cafes or restaurants in the area. The expanse is large, and it is indeed a true Japanese "Strolling" Garden over hills, dales, ponds, Bridges a true adventure for the aficionado of Japanese Gardens. Highlighted in the book "Hidden Gardens of Japan" available via Amazon Japan, large bookstores in Tokyo and KInokuniya Books USA online. Hanata-en is a real winner.

You can walk in and experience making senbei without Reservations for up to 36 people for \300 each (excluding tax) for 2 senbei. Went to Saitama for sellout match between Japanese National Team and Australian Socceroos.
Long but easy walk from closest station, so allow time for this. Ticket collection and access was very easy. Food inside is average (and cold) - would recommend eating from the mass of tented food vendors outside.
Great view from any area of the stands.
Japanese fans very friendly and we always felt safe and welcome.
Overall a fantastic experience.

A fireworks festival that takes place around the Koshigaya Central Community Center and the banks of the Kasai Irrigation Channel. A rich variety of 5,000 complex fireworks are shot off in rapid succession, barely leaving you time to "ooh" or "aah." They are launched off from the center of the channel and can be viewed from either side. The fireworks also go off relatively close to the ground, so you can see them in dazzling detail. Lots of stalls plying various wares line the streets -- it's festival time!
