Morant and Sons Gallery

Morant and Sons is the result of years of collecting glass, porcelain and silver. Over the years I have collected carnival glass, Murano glass and uranium glass with many pieces on offer coming from my own, personal collection. At Morant and Sons Gallery you can find exhibits of exclusive prints and original artwork in a variety of media from both established and exciting up-and-coming Australian artists. We are located in Kingston SE, the Rock Lobster fishing capital of Australia, situated on the coast of South Australia, 3 hours from Adelaide and less than 30 minutes from Robe. The South East offers plenty of other activities in the area here including the chance to visit the amazing Coorong, world famous for its bird life, sampling some of our famous Limestone Coast and Coonawarra wines or simply relaxing on a stretch of our 150km long beach

Great views from the top of the lighthouse, enthusiastic and knowledgeable guides and well worth the small entry fee.

Kingston Jetty

The Kingston SE jetty is long and the surrounding sand is blindingly white. While I was there on a windy day, I could still see through the clear water, despite the choppy waves. There is a rotting seaweed smell but it is the sea after all.

The Granites

A few K's off the main road this is well worth the effort. A beautiful beach with these massive granite rocks sticking out and the only ones for some distance. For the more adventurous you can go down to the beach to explore them more closely. But talk about the serenity what a magnificent spot and it was not that busy. Just another incredible place to see in this wonderful country.
