I have been to (too) many services at Tahoma National and I have always been impressed with the organization and efficiency of the staff and volunteers to manage multiple events simultaneously. It is also well-kept, clean and accessible to people involved and people visiting.

The trail is pretty nice; it's paved the whole way from start to finish, and has a few benches along the way. If you're new to hiking, you can take the hill a little slow, and you'll be fine. The woods are very pretty, and it leads to a pleasant bridge. Only thing I'd caution is that the area's pretty rife with devil's club, so don't touch any of that. Otherwise, there's free parking right by the trailhead, and the whole thing is just a touch over 2 miles round trip. Overall a very pleasant hike.

Our fitness kickboxing program in Kent is a results-focused studio. This means our classes are designed to help you burn 600-800 calories in each class, another 200 calories within an hour of leaving the studio. Coming to the studio 3x a week will help you shed about a pound of a week.
ILovekickboxing is a lot of fun! Great music everyone is friendly and supportive you can go at your own pace. I love how flexible the schedule is and they keep the gym clean. I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined and glad I did. In less than a month I was seeing results.
