Stopped here on a road trip and for a map of Maryland and was greeted by Donna. She was so helpful and gave us not just the map but a guidebook with restaurants when she saw we were traveling in 2 cars with 5 children. So helpful!

Whenever I drive west, I try to stop at your store. The baked goods are delicious and a good choice for hostess gifts. I've also bought snacks and fruit there, both good. I like the jewelry selection too. When I needed a Halloween fascinator, I knew you'd be the place for one & I was right!

A panoramic overlook that stands nearly one thousand feet above the Potomac River.
My rating for this attraction is relative to other attractions in the DMV area. While I prefer the sights and sounds of peaks such as Ravens Rock, Annapolis Rock, or Buzzard Rock, the view at Prospect Peak is still beautiful and worth seeing, if you happen to be in the area. Thinking of some of my own family members, it may also be a great location to appreciate the great outdoors with a loved one who is less mobile. You can park your vehicle in the small gravel lot and linger as long as you’d like. There may be room for about 5-8 cars in the lot.

We met the proprietor of this local establishment with great delight! Just about anywhere up and down the C&O, this place enjoys a great reputation, with reason. Whether you're stopping in just to rent a bike for the afternoon, or looking to purchase a new bike, the prices all appeared very competitive. Just as good: if you're stopping in just for a t-shirt or a bottle of Gatorade, it's still very worth the stop. The place was obviously busy, but remarkably clean. The sign out front advertises hot showers, which would make it a destination all by itself. This is clearly an anchor business for Hancock, and with good reason. Plan on stopping in, sitting on their porch for a bit, and picking up that spare something you forgot in your packing for your hiking or biking trip. I plan on returning when next in the area!

A group of friends stopped at the Log Cabin for a relaxing lunch. We enjoyed great service, and our selections were excellent. Our selections consisted of sausage and shrimp soup, shaved prime rib wraps, Caesar salad, and fish and chips. Very good food at reasonable prices. We are all anxious to return!

You def have to be a fan of cats. This is such a great way to help cat's find their forever homes while living a comfortable cage free life. It was clean and well kept and you could see the love the staff had for the cats. A cat lovers purrfect place to check out if in the area. They also have yoga classes there.

Stopped by for a look. There is something for every and anyone. All types of items from coins, glass, furniture, books and on and on. Today was free popcorn and snacks. One side is more "junk" and the other side has collectibles. YOU DECIDE!
Stop by when you have a couple of hours to look.!!

We found so many amazing items in the antique mall. So much quality and diverse range of items to browse. Alot of fun looking around. I found several pieces of jewelry that I was able to obtain for very reasonable prices. Also a beautiful cobalt ink bottle to add to my collection. A must see when in Berkeley Springs!

Unusual log & other primitive structures house artisans of all types. They are friendly & I was impressed with the quality of the work. Someday I hope to return when I have more time to browse.I never knew that I could respond, until today, thanks for your time and comments!
