I've been to 2 games this month with my family. We enjoyed great seats, fun times, good ball park food and drinks, easy parking and the entry was about what I would have paid to go see a movie. These players are fun to watch!

Spring is the perfect time for a walking tour of the Trail of Faith. I was visiting family and stumbled upon an 11 acre outdoor museum. It is a replica of the Waldensian's journey through Italy. I experienced a very educated and historical tour given by Mr. Tron, an actual descendant of the local community. I enjoyed shopping in the gift shop which had very different and original crafts from local artists. I would recommended this attraction for all ages.

Jim, our host for the afternoon was funny and very informative about the wine selection. The tasting room was in the basement of the business and the set up was great....our first time at a sit-down tasting. Six Waterpots has a wide variety to sample. We really enjoyed the fruit wines and the muscadines.

This is a beautiful property that needs a little TLC. There are restrooms and picnic tables next to the parking lot. There is a trail that follows the lake shoreline through pines and hardwoods. It's fairly easy to follow but doesn't seem to get much maintenance. There was plenty of trash along the way and some eroded sections. Saw several places that looked like people had been camping, leftovers from a campfire. There are some very nice views across the lake with mountains in the background. It has great potential with a little more care.

This art gallery is unique. It contains a few Andy Warhol's, a floor dedicated to Folk Art, an exhibit of a sculpture made of coffee stirrers and some photographic art. It also contains some collections that alluded my knowledge of art. It appeared to be...MoreThank you for your visit. I hope that you will join us again throughout the year as we have new exhibits rotate through the galleries.

I've made a couple purchases here, and Bill & Angie Warren and the rest of the staff have made it a great experience. Bill has his own line of jewelry; you should check it out. This is my go-to source for fine jewelry. The wife is happy; that makes me happy!

My girlfriend and I had been looking online for waterfalls to visit nearby. I'm in Mooresville and she is in Concord North Carolina. McGalliard was about an hour away from her so it wasn't an ordeal to get there. Packed up the camera, some comfortable hiking shoes and a spare in case they got wet, and a sweatshirt since it was only in the low 60's and off we went. Only ones there when we arrived and the falls were a very short walk from the parking lot. A very peaceful serene setting. We just sat for awhile and took it all in. Took some photos and had a relaxing afternoon. Close by and free, cannot argue with that. Not much in the way of hiking. Strictly a park and view experience.

This place is well organized with no cluttered booths and offers a little bit of everything from furniture to the smallest collectible. I found 2 things that I know friends have been looking for so I solved 2 Christmas gift problems. The people working there were very friendly and welcoming. If you are in the area you should take the time to check it out.

Organic and non-organic farm fresh vegetables and fruits abound. You can find handmade soap, cheese, baked goods and a variety of interesting crafts. There is also farm-grown meat and fresh fish. There is a lovely festive atmosphere and the vendors are knowledgeable and friendly. The market is open Saturday morning and Wednesday afternoon. You can also enjoy music, and there is a hotdog stand if you need a snack.
