We were newbies at escape rooms. I never even heard of it until I saw it on Trip Advisor the same morning we booked. The staff member was patient with us even though we had no clue what we were doing. The room design was very well done, and the puzzles were very challenging. We didn’t escape successfully, but it was a fun experience. Good way to spend quality time with your teenagers.

Highest circulating library in Kentucky with outstanding popular collection, plus numerous educational and entertaining programs. Admission is free. Visitors can access computers with valid out of state license. Enjoy newspaper & magazine collections in pleasant indoor reading spaces or outdoor garden. Genealogy buffs will find major area local databases & records to update family histories.
I've been a library kinda guy since I was a little kid. This branch of the Kenton County Public Library is superb. There's tons of free parking, an abundance of staff, copy services, computer access and a plethora of books, videos, and music. I recommend this for doing research online or just plain escaping from the outside world into a book.

The Cathedral is beautiful. Great place to visit and worship. Was able to go to Confession while in town several months ago. The priest homily was great. Highly recommend you go visit and spend some time with God while in town, even in you are not Catholic.

This park has a lot of family activites, a great view of the river and is close to the ballpark and many restruants. If you are in town to watch the Reds, I highly recommend checking out this park.

Award winning Antique Mall offering an amazing selection of antiques, collectables, furniture, and home decor items, all displayed in a comfortable 50,000 square foot showroom.
This antique mall is quite large and always has interesting hard-to-find items tucked in here and there. All merchandise is in good shape, and most prices are reasonable. It's one of the best antique malls in the Greater Cincinnati area. Plus easy parking!

Going to a Florence Freedom game will demonstrate how baseball became such a popular sport in the U.S. I don't like sitting among the clouds in a big stadium and spending an entire week's worth of spending money on snacks for the family. But minor league baseball is another thing. When you yell at the batter or pitcher, they can hear you -- because you can sit that close. Prices are great, and special evening events have additional deals to enjoy. The management caters to children with activities for them to participate in between innings. Plus there is a large playground for them to enjoy when they've been sitting for too long.
It's great baseball in a great atmosphere at a great price. If you haven't tried it, order tickets now. Or jump in the car; tickets are always available at the gate.

A gothic cathedral that has a design similar to Notre Dame in Paris.
It's quite startling to discover a European-style cathedral in an unassuming spot in Covington, Kentucky. The Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption can't compete with places like the Cathedral of Saint Louis in Saint Louis, or the National Cathedral in Washington. But its definitely a place that everyone in the Cincinnati area should visit. Just wandering around in the cathedral is overwhelming. A guided tour helps to appreciate the incredible level of detail.

I haven't hit a ball for about a couple of years, bad back, so I decided to try this place, next to the interstate. i must say it had it all, Driving range, miniature golf, instruction, and a course. I don't know if it was an executive or regular one. I got a small bucket and enjoyed myself.

This restaurant, hidden deep inside the giant hulk of Turfway Park is a pleasant surprise. Good comfort food and good service at a very reasonable price.
Start with a nice glass of a surprisingly good house Cabernet, then a big heaping platter of delicious BBQ pork, and finish with a good dessert, all for about $25 including a generous tip for good prompt service.
You can watch the races.....or not. The food is still very good. A hidden gem, and an inside the park home run. Just good comfort food.
