Superior Pecans & Gifts is nestled in Eufaula's Historic District, and home of the famous "Pecan Handstack". Superior Pecans and Gifts is also home to over a dozen flavors of candy, coated, roasted, and spiced pecans. Our newest edition, the Largemouth Coffee Company coffee bar, grinds and brews each cup of coffee individually. There is also a FedEx Shipcenter onsite. Superior Pecans & Gifts is open all year round for pecans, custom gifts, and coffee. Gourmet Milk Shakes and Ice Cream bar now open!
This is an absolutely great place to stop and get a cup of coffee, to either sit and contemplate the world, sit with friends or wander around while you sip and see all the intriguing items there are for sale. There is no way to be bored in this place, too much stuff to see and enjoy. The staff is friendly and engaging and will happily answer any question. The fragrance of coffee hits you as soon as you walk in the door -even if you aren't a coffee drinker, you will wish you were. My favorite is the Southern Pecan brew - absolutely heavenly. As far as ice cream - well you will find the tried and true favorites with a few interesting flavors in the mix. Portions are perfect - more than you should eat - and never as much as you might want. Around the holidays there are fun and interesting items to give to yourself or others. Most of the items are made by crafts people around the country and the state and others. Anytime of the year, anytime of the day is always a good time to stop by and treat yourself to something wonderful. There are always bags of pecans, fresh, salted, sugared - wonderful!! There are dip mixes, bags of all sorts of things to nibble and beautiful soaps, towels, plates, games, puzzles, novelties. So far, they don't charge for the wonderful fragrances that permeate the store and I'm glad, because I'd go there just for that.

Friendly helpful staff. Great prices and an eclectic array of items from antique furniture to modern art.... Fun place to shop, I bought a collectors set of 12 Star Trek mugs for $10 and 2 Columbia shirts for $1 each in the same trip. Love stopping here on my way to the beach!

Please note: due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks are required for all visitors per Alabama's mask ordinance. We are currently only accepting card payments.
Eufaula has many charming historic sites and homes, Fendall Hall is one of the finest. Just west of downtown, FH sits on high ground, a great setting to avail itself of breezes and a rooftop ventilator that served as 19th century air conditioning. Fine craftsmanship all over the house, Easy to miss this if your'e just passing through, just a mile or so from downtown.

We had a wonderful time camping here while on a Roadtrip with our RV through Alabama! We wish we could have stayed longer, but had plans to move on! Def would have loved to fish this lake, and we will be back with our kids to do so! It was peaceful and had great waterfront views depending on the site! There isn’t any privacy but the views make up for it! The sites are mostly shaded.

My husband and I love to explore our world, watching the changing of the seasons and seeing what there is to see. My husband has the itch to always see what's around the next bend or over the next hill. We've spent many happy hours seeing what there is to see. Depending on the season, you'll see wild turkey, perhaps a deer, and always lots of birds. The flowers and trees are interesting to see. You might even see fishermen trying their hands at catching "a big one"! If you need to be entertained and find your joy at theme parks, this is NOT the place for you, because there are some days you won't see much except for greenery. Going thru the Refuge requires patience and interest. If you can entertain yourself you will enjoy this. We like to go on gray and rainy days. It's just nice to park every now and again and listen to the quiet, or the birdsong, or frogs singing for mates. We like life simple and easy. This is a lovely time that won't take all day.
