The capital city of Sweden combines modern attractions with historic charm. Kick off your stay with visits to Stockholm’s two UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the Royal Palace Drottningholm (the residence of the royal family) and the magical Skogskyrkogården, or Woodland Cemetery. Stroll the cobblestone streets of Old Town and over the picturesque bridges that span the city’s canals. The 19th-century Skansen was the world’s first open-air museum and is still a premier place to learn about Swedish history.

HAPPYsthlm is committed to spreading happiness through beautiful things. We are passionate about form. We create and choose them with heart and knowledge. Our products have a unique expression. They are timeless, yet modern. We proudly carry forward a sense of culture, but dare to be original and fulfil the expectations of today. We take inspiration from everything around us but particularly look to nature as a source of our creativity. In our boutique - physically and digitally - we exhibit both our own collection and other thoughtfully picked out products. We take pride in every single item we choose to bring forward. Every detail, from the first sketch to the tiniest production elements, is thoroughly thought out. We compliment the process with all that we ourselves are inspired and impressed by. We are educated designers with merit who have strong roots in Scandinavian handcraft traditions. Our designs bare a strong sense of originality. We contemplate both the big and the small, are passionate about beautiful and lasting natural materials, and understand what role production can play in regards to quality. Our own products are exclusively produced in some of the smaller heritage rich regions of Sweden. We live, breath and burn for form! We take the concept of beauty in things seriously, but at the same time want them to be understood, and appreciated by all. It's our way to making the world just that little bit more HAPPY. You will meet one of the owners in the shop: Katarina Andersson, glass- and ceramic designer Caroline Lindholm, silversmith Kajsa Aronsson, textile designer

Solar Boat Stockholm offers boat tours and private charters in revolutionary solar-powered boats in central Stockholm. Our electric boats are fully silent and free from CO2 emissions, something that is truly unique here in the Nordics. These boats have been loved by our customers for their impressive comfort but also for their green technology. Something else that makes us unique is the fact that we always set our customers in focus, no matter what. Because of our smaller business scale we have the possibility to tailor every single tour to our customers likings. Solar Boat Stockholm is about so much more than only sightseeing. We have arranged everything from important business meetings to first-class dinners on board and this signals our motto: “endless possibilities on board”.

Me and my friends had a really awesome time at Sthlm VR center! We played Zombie Shooter, Elven Assassin (kill hordes of orcs with a bow) and a ”walk the plank”-experience (scary..!). Sooo much fun!

The Unesco World Heritage Skogskyrkogården is beautiful all year round, much due to the unique way it is woven into the landscape. The cemetery never closes, so you can easily acces the World Heritage when you prefer, throughout the year. More than 2,000 funeral ceremonies take place at the Skogskyrkogården each year. This means that the five chapels are in frequent use and therefore closed to the public. If you are interested in the chapels and their interiors, come along for a public guided tour or book a private tour. We also have audio and visitor's guides, which you can download prior to your visit. Please visit our website for more information.
I enjoyed wandering around the cemetery on Christmas Day with unfortunately all chapels closed (Lewerentz, Asplund). The landscaping is remarkable and the attention to detail. The new crematory all in brick is another architectural highlight. The places are easily accessible from the Tunnelbana station named after the cemetery grounds.
