We really enjoyed the tour and the tastings! Just not come on an empty stomach or you may get a little loopy! Really a great place to bring a date. We thought the bar was well priced for their flights of whiskey. Staff really makes it a memorial experience!

One of the very best tap rooms in Colorado. The beer is exceptional and they manage to keep to that standard across an impressive array of styles, from porter to fruit beers to pale ales. The beertenders are helpful and friendly; the tap room itself has a warm, fun vibe. They have event nights and food trucks (and you can bring food in), plus a sidewalk-facing seating area so you can look out at Sloan Lake and the hubbub of Edgewater. Bonus, this city allows dogs in tap rooms, so you can hang out with your best friend (and everyone else's) while you drink great beer. If you don't have time to hang out, their beer is very worthy of taking home in a growler, too.

Spanning more than 24 acres, Denver Botanic Gardens at York Street presents a wide range of gardens and collections that illustrate an ever-widening diversity of plants from all corners of the world. Distinctive gardens define and celebrate our Western identity and a unique high altitude climate and geography.
This is one of our favorite weekend destinations in Denver. It's a beautifully kept, fascinating place with various types of gardens, fantastic flowers, tucked-away corners with benches, reflection pools, fountains, ponds, and a jaw-dropping tropical greenhouse. There are regular sculpture and art exhibits, concerts, a couple of great little restaurants, some great permanent exhibits. There is a children's garden that is fun for kids under 10, the gift shop has really nice things, and the annual plan sales are great.

Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Art has relocated to a new golden building in Denver’s Golden Triangle Creative District. The museum’s new building offers visitors an enhanced experience with more display space while staying true to the salon style and intimate atmosphere for which the Kirkland is known. The museum’s three collections are: • International Decorative Art—A celebrated collection including notable examples of every major design period from Arts & Crafts to Postmodern. • Colorado & Regional Art—The largest repository of art showcasing the state and region’s talent, concentrating on the 1840s through the 1990s with about 7,000 works more than 700 artists. • Vance Kirkland Retrospective—Kirkland (1904–1981) is generally considered Colorado’s most distinguished modern painter. About 550 paintings and about 600 drawings and prints are held in his estate collection. Note: Due to the fragile nature of the collections children must be 13 or older to be admitted.
this is a small museum, but full of interesting and great things inside. Well presented in a good manner. Art fans will really the experience.

A modern stadium with an old-fashioned feel, this is one of the National League's first new parks built exclusively for baseball since 1962.
Newer construction allows for people to flow freely. You can still get good tickets cheaper than places like Yankees stadium or Wrigley field. Beer is predictably expensive and the food is predictably greasy. HOWEVER!!!!! You can bring some of your own and buy them out front. That’s a nice treat in my opinion

Known for its wide range of Native American art, this museum also contains the only major Asian art collection in the Rocky Mountains.
The Denver Art Museum is very good museum with a great Degas exhibit right now. To go into the Degas exhibit you'll need to pay an additional fee (about $15 each, well worth it). The museum's architecture is spectacular. I would recommend this museum for anyone, including families. Plenty to do for kids.

As my 15 year old son is a huge Broncos fan, we especially planned our USA holiday around attending a game at Sports Authority Field at Mile High in Denver. It was the New Years Eve clash between Kansas and Denver. We were lucky or maybe unlucky enough to go to the reported 4th coldest game in their history at this ground. We as Aussies have never experienced weather this cold, but hey it didn't stop us from enjoying the atmosphere of the place. I did my research and from that sat in the United Clubs Seat, which gave as access to the United Club Lounge, this was a bonus and totally worth it.
We loved the game, loved the ground, loved the facilities and the people were all friendly. Lucky we do actually know a bit about the game and the rules too, if we didn't know we just asked our son. Live sport is amazing in Australia but in America it is just damn phenomenal, bigger and better in all ways. It was a shame the Broncos lost as the atmosphere would have been completely different too, but hey we totally enjoyed it and will be back again some day.

We attended a Sunday mass and I expected to spend the sermon staring at the gorgeous windows featuring a radiant Mary... but I was pleasantly surprised to be totally absorbed in Fr. Fransico's sermon! The group of parishioners was fairly diverse and the choir was lovely.
If you are in town, this will be a wonder worship experience.

Formerly the hub of transit in Lower Downtown, this grandiose three-story train station now best serves enthusiasts of railroad nostalgia.
Great place to walk around while waiting to eat. The $12 valet is a good deal to park. Very clean. Excellent vegan ice cream in the shop.

The canvas was his ally. The paint and the trowel were his weapons. And the Art World was his enemy. Discover an American Master at the Clyfford Still Museum, home to the world's most intact public collection of a major American artist. From October 14, 2016 to January 15, 2017, the Clyfford Still Museum will display more than 260 of Clyfford Still's works on paper in the Museum's largest exhibition to date. With very few exceptions, paintings will not be on view in the Museum during this time.
The layout of Clyfford Still's work gives a terrific oversight of hi progression as an artist. The interpretative signs were just enough to assist the ignorant art viewers like me, as to what was what. There is a very small shop attached to the gallery. But why on earth does he spell his first name with a 'y'?
