Welcome to Historic London Town and Gardens where discovery and learning are daily experiences. The 23-acre museum and park features history, archaeology, and horticulture. Explore the Historic Area, which includes the circa 1760 William Brown House, a National Historic Landmark, and reconstructed colonial buildings from the "lost town" of London. Wander the eight-acre Woodland Garden of native plants and exotic species arranged along a one-mile trail before enjoying the seasonal Ornamental Gardens overlooking the South River. Kids of all ages enjoy the Sound and Sensory Garden. Our modern Visitor Center and Pavilion support weddings, business meetings, family events, as well as school and group tours.
We arrived at 1040 am after the 10 am opening only to find out that the first tour of the William Brown House was not until 1 PM. We were told we could leave and get lunch and come back if we wanted to but that was not possible as we were traveling home after visiting this site. We did go downstairs to look at the exhibits only to find none of the audio working on the videos...We could watch but no sound. We were told that part of the trails were blocked off due to work being done. All in all, it was an expensive 45 minutes to not to be able to get into the house and not be able to walk the trails. In hind sight, we should have gone back to the desk and voice our complaints. this was the only negative thing during our three days in the Annapolis area

Established in 1845, this undergraduate college for the Navy prepares men and women to become professional officers in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.
I really enjoyed our tour of the Naval Academy. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Both of her sons had graduated from the Academy and she was full of interesting stories.

And there are long lines for ATMs that have $5 fees to use.
Only other tip is when you first walk in grab the schedule and spend 15 minutes reviewing the shows and map out an agenda.
Don't miss the wheel of death and the jousting show and arrive 30 mins early to get seats for jousting show.

The Towne Centre has everything you could possible want in a shopping center. It is wonderfully laid out so you don't wear yourself walking everywhere. Parking is centrally located and free.

Our small town isn’t perfect. What town is? But our small town has charm, history, art, boating, sports, dining, culture and some darn good bars. You are welcome in our town and you won’t be disappointed. Highlights include the State House, Naval Academy, Chick and Ruth’s Delly, the Paca House and one of the nation’s great music venues, The Ramshead. Special events abound. Check the calendar, come and enjoy.

On RT214 basically at the intersection on RT424 in Davidsonville. This place is huge, they have every plant, flower, mulch, rocks, gravel, lawn decorations, even MD shirts and hats that u can think of.
It's been around for ever and seems to get bigger every year. I have bought everything from bamboo to orchids, mulch to small trees here.
Very clean safe place.

I can't get to Memphis or KC; but these spicy but sweet ribs are the best. I am not a fan of the North Carolina vinegar based ribs; so I go here. My son loves the sauce so much, I think he would drink it if he could

This rural park has a short but scenic route for biking.
We have been going here for years. Love this park. Great walking trails and views. Boat rentals are great in season.

The seat of government for the state of Maryland.
This is a beautiful facility. Our kids recognized everyone in the paintings. The architecture, decor and history is great. Annapolis, as a whole, is a beautiful city. Great walking city too.
