Welcome to SkyGlide in Lucerne, the adventure capital of Central Switzerland.Man's dream to fly can come true! Book a tandem-paragliding flight at Paragliding Lake Lucerne GmbH.
It was my first paragliding flight and I simply loved it...everything was perfect. Dani was the pilot and he really did a great job: extremely professional, confident and friendly. I enjoyed every single moment, take off and landing extremely and unexpacted easy. The location was amazing with a breathetaking view on the lake and the Mountains. A unique way to enjoy this wonderful piece of Switzerland.
I am sure I will do it again soon. Thanks Dani!!!

Paragliding Lucerne.Paragliding Tandem Flights around lake Lucerne.
Everyone had a great time and we are definitely repeating next spring. The team was very friendly and fun to flight with. We were a little nervous at the beginning but once we were on the air we forgot and just enjoyed this amazing experience.

Visit our unforgettable ChocoWorld with a view of the ChocoFactory and Mount Pilatus. An interactive tour will take you through the history of chocolate and the production of our delicious house specialities. Experience pure culinary delight and create your personal chocolate bar with our chocolatiers or taste a selection of our freshly prepared chocolate specialities. Just a few of the attractions that await you. We look forward to your visit. Only 10 minutes by train or by car from the centre of Lucerne.
This is a good time pass for you, and fun for your kids if you are looking for options to spend 1-2 hrs in your Lucerne Iternary. My kids enjoyed learning about chocolate, helping making some designer chocolate, and of course eating a lot of chocolate.
As parents visiting Mountains and landscapes, you always think what can you do for kids to keep them going; most of them do not appreciate the nature's beauty like you do. These kind of breaks are good for them and do not cost you much time.

Historically insightful. Makes me want to stop at other locations. Audio guide was good, very swish boat (Saphir), built locally. Simple to book. Bürgenstock resort history slightly incomplete, missed the chance for a celebrity moment - Sophia Loren and Audrey Hepburn lived there! Plus the external lift built into the mountain is Europe’s highest. It’s cool.

As part of the so-called Golden Roundtrip, we took the Aerial Cable way first from Kriens (with stops at Krienseregg and Frakmuntegg) and then the Panorama Gondolas to the summit of Mount Pilatus. The round trip is then continued by a descent from the mountain by the Cogswhell Railway (steepest in the world) and a boat ride to Lucerne, followed by a busride on Bus 1 from Lucerne to Kriens.
Parking in Kriens at the Cable way station is easy and at 5 CHF for the day, much cheaper than in Lucerne. You can buy the ticket for the Golden roundtrip in Kriens at the ticket office for a cool CHF 106.
The Cable cars leave as a continuous process - the Panoramic Gondolas however every 15 minutes and can be full with a maximum of 51 passengers.

We walked like 4 hours around town. Arrived on train. The city starts there. Cobblestone streets. Friendly people. Always willing to help. Very clean. Just a typical old Swiss town. Right out of a fairytale.

The private collection of Lucerne art dealer Angela Rosengart is open to the public since spring 2002. Over 200 important paintings and drawings by more than twenty world famous 19th and 20th century masters (Cezanne, Monet, Matisse, Picasso, Klee, Miro and many others) are on display in a neo-classical building specially remodelled for this purpose. Near the railway station.
We visited the Rosengart exhibition with the impression of being blown away by Picasso's artwork, and whilst it was stunning the thing that really took us was the great set of photographs on display of Picasso taken by David Douglas Duncan which showed the great man off at work and at play...dancing in his underpants. The black and white shots really relayed the mans character and soul. We were not so taken by the Paul Klee works, but that's just a personal opinion and we are all entitled to those. Not expensive to get in, you can utilise a cloak room and there are a limited amount of lockers should you wish to store your things. Toilet facilities are available but no cafe and a small shop in the entrance part of the building. The building itself was lovely with high ceilings and good light. A nice time had by both.

Switzerland’s most-visited museum is a place to experience the history of road-, rail, water- and air-borne mobility, as well as that of space travel. Its interactive attractions are sure to win you over – whatever the weather. Switzerland’s largest cinema screen in the Filmtheatre presents documentary films in XXL format. Meanwhile, the country’s largest, most modern Planetarium offers 360-degree flights to the stars. The Media World is where you’ll unearth new communication trends. And discover how famous Swiss chocolate is made from cocoa beans at the Swiss Chocolate Adventure visitor experience.
This museum is a really nice spot if you want to have a different day. You can enjoy activities for separate. Like the chocolate Lindt experience, or the museum itself or the Planetarium. Even they have packages that are better if you want to save a bit of money, combined with the museum visit. I visited the Chocolate tour. It was very dinamic and entertaining. But definitely will come back to check the other attractions!
