The Plaza Arts Center was established in 2008 to cultivate artistic opportunities; bringing artists, arts organizations and the community together to enhance the quality of life in Eatonton, Putnam County, and the greateer Lake Area of central Georgia. In 2013, the Veterans Wall was erected at the intersection of West Marion and North Lafayette Streets in Eatonton, Georgia. Today, people visit the park to pay homage to the veterans of the area and to enjoy time with family and friends. The park features a pavilion and seating for picnics.
