The mill, since 1600, is engaged in the production of extra-virgin olive oil, as mentioned by our museum "sa mola de su notariu". The olive oil production takes place in the south of Sardinia, particularly in the Parteolla area, thus obtaining an Italian oil of 100% Made in Italy guaranteed origin. From our more than 6000 olive trees, on about 20 hectares, we collect the olives that we then mill in our oil mill. The experience in olive harvesting and pressing in the company's oil mill, handed down for generations, allows us to obtain an excellent extra virgin olive oil with unique, unaltered and absolutely unmistakable sensations. You can buy our products directly in the company, in Dolianova, or have it brought directly to your home.
