I had never had a "reading" before my visit to Cassadaga, but I decided to try it and was greatly surprised and happy with my experience. I was able to schedule an appointment by calling the medium whose name was on the board in the Center. She was a person who I checked out on Trip advisor the night before, Judy Cooper. Her reading was in a number of ways "spot on." Not only was the reading fun to hear about my life and having people who have passed from this life be involved in the reading, She was totally professional, kind, and knowing. I remain interested in her words and her knowledge. Certainly, I will recommend this experience to anyone and everyone.

State park offering a variety of outdoor activities including camping, hiking, canoeing, fishing, boating, snorkeling and scuba diving.
Wouldn't you know it the one day I go over to the gorgeous Blue Spring State Park and the manatees are on vacation and didn't make an appearance. It was rather cold so I'm not sure where they were hiding out but we still enjoyed the beautiful boardwalk, historic home, store, and well kept grounds of the park. It's such a peaceful place and so welcoming for families of all ages with great places to picnic. Hopefully next visit I'll see the manatees.

What an amazing experience to kayak in truly wild Florida. Had a terrific time seeing so many birds, plants, turtles and the occasional alligator, up close, but from the safety of the kayak. Birds included little blue and green herons, limpkin, anhinga, white ibis, cat birds, red-shouldered hawk, 3 species of woodpeckers and many passerines. I have kayaked in coastal regions of Florida on previous trips but found this the most exciting in terms of scenery and wildlife. Kenny proved to be a very knowledgable guide about everything relating to the flora and fauna and an expert in anticipating everything to make the day comfortable, safe and fun.

Stetson Mansion is a spectacular Victorian mansion built for famed hat maker and philanthropist John B Stetson in 1886. Situated right between Orlando and Daytona in DeLand makes it convenient for all visiting the central Florida area. This is Florida's first luxury estate and houses some of the most beautiful and intricate parquet floors in the world. The mansion is one of the first homes in the world to be designed and built with Edison electricity. The owners have painstakingly renovated every square inch of the 10,000 sq foot masterpiece while incorporating today's modern conveniences. All this was done without compromising the architectural or historical integrity. Every room on every one of the three floors is magnificently decorated and every room features a different style floor and window design There is Reservations are required $20-$30 per person and children are $15. Payment is cash at the door and we do charge applicable sales tax. See you at the Mansion!!
We always try to visit special places.
Having owned homes in historic districts and bringing new life to old bones, this home was of interest. Our docent, Marsha, was informative and humorous.
The restoration is impressive and the workmanship of the original artisans is stunning. This home is a must see!

My family and I have been going to this location since it opened. It is a nice place to get away from thunderstorms and on extremely hot Florida days. This location is trying to get into the 21st century by serving beer and wine. But there are rules which go with this which are strictly adhered to. About 3 years ago, when the movie Act of Valor came out my sons and I belonged to Sea Scouts, which is a part of the Boy Scouts. Our ship's crew wanted to go badly to the movie, so we went in dressed uniforms. The management was aware of us coming and even made a marquee welcoming our ship. The crew (all teens) thought that was great. What I'd like to see in this theater are not just reclining seats, but the kind of seats which also have footstools especially for disabled people. I personally am required to keep my legs raised when sitting if possible due to a disability which causes a circulation problem. This would be greatly appreciated. My 21 year old son has been to a theater in Orlando that has this and he loved it.

I actually took my bike on this trip. The trails were well maintained and easy to follow. Not a very well known park so no one was there on a Saturday. I was able to explore and enjoy the sounds of nature in the wild. Birds were chirping and squirrels were busy. I love being alone in this very rustic woodsy park. You can bike or hike your choice. Keep an eye out for snakes this is a great place for hiding snakes.

This was our first time going to this theatre and I loved it! It's very reasonably priced and homey. It is a small theatre with a lot of volunteers but the talent is great! The audience was made up of anyone from age 12-60+. The people at the box office were very friendly and accommodating. I called and left a message and they called me back quickly and I was able to purchase the tickets over the phone. I'm glad I did because today, the matinee was sold out!!! I could've purchased them on line but I like to talk to a real person. The actors/singers were amazing and they pulled off this production as if it was a walk in the park. They have a concession stand and the prices are VERY reasonable!
The actors received a standing ovation and they stayed on stage so they could speak to anyone that wanted to speak with them.
I'll definitely be back and I'm looking forward to it!!

We saw a ton of birds, turtles, and alligators. The river was beautiful, the guide was good and the ride was relaxing. My kids got a little bored since the tour was 2 hours, but it’s good overall. The guide mentioned how bad the mosquitos can get when it’s warmer, but in early February the weather was perfect!

Went with my cousin and his wife to see the Manatees. Took the boat tour and walked along the river. They loved it.
