We took part in the Snowdon Challenge with Shrewsbury Town in the Community. Arriving at the hotel in the afternoon we were promptly greeted by Jim who was such a kind man who guided us through what we would be doing the next day and, with us being a smaller group, flexible with start times etc.. In the morning we met up with Dan and Jim. Dan would be taking us on the bike ride and up and down Snowdon with Jim being in the support van along with taking us kayaking across the lake to finish off the challenge. The day couldn't have gone smoother, it was so well organised with plenty of food and water supplied. I truly couldn't recommend Adventurous Ewe anymore! Jim was very kind and genuine who you could clearly see loved what he does, the same goes for Dan who also sung the praises of Jim having only worked with him a couple of times on freelance told us he is the best person he has worked for. All I can say is, book in, challenge yourself, raise some money for charity if you wish and I'm sure you will have a blast!

Walked from Llandudno West shore beside the hospital then gradually up hill to the castle remains on the “twin peaks”. The views were varied along the way of both shores of Llandudno, the Orme, the Conway river estuary marina and castle. Then Deganwy marina and town. Down to the west shore with the sparkling sea across to the hills behind Penmaenmawr. Really worth the short climb for the amazing views.

So quiet and peaceful. Would love to return and walk much further. You can take a water taxi from near the train station across the bay

Great little town with individual and unique shops and eateries. Fabulous walk along waterside path to Conwy or in opposite direction to West shore or even Llandudno! always a train or bus back to Deganwy if you don't fancy the return walk. Great beach between Deganwy and West shore. Fab scenery and views across the estuary. Spent many happy holidays here as a kid, staying at my grandparents in Llandudno Junction.

The train service to Llandudno from Deganwy is excellent and easy to use. Trains arrive regularly not long to wait
