A holy place with a small temple of very strong energy, surrounded by stunning views all around. A bit difficult to find but really worth it.

Diu is a nice beach City and has some really nicely maintained beaches, One of them is Nagoa, the beach is an amazing clean stretch of sand which has some clean sand and water, There are good places to eat here, some nice food options, The best part about the beach is that it's a water sports hub with jet skis, And other water sports including para sailing.

One of the oldest Portuguese churches in India, it is located within the Moti Daman fort. It is a must visit place while in Daman for its beautifully embellished interiors. This is still an active place of worship with regular Mass being held there. While some beautification work is ongoing for the entire fort precinct, the interiors of the church require urgent repairs as the damp in the walls can destroy the ornate wooden carvings. The authorities should also take urgent measures about the stray dogs thronging the area.

This beautiful temple of Lord Shiva is at Dabhel Village, 20 mins drive from Daman. This temple is built as replica of Somnath temple with beautiful glass work and chandeliers in interior. Temple is small with good parking space. Plan a visit for some peaceful time.

We went there on Monday morning around 9:30 AM. Hide tide was there at that time and beach was very clean and less crowded. One can enjoy walk on sea shore and find inner peace. Some activities like paragliding, sea boat, banana ride, camel and horse ride were there. Small shops were also there for snacks, tender coconut etc. One negative point is you can find people taking alcohol. If you are planning to visit there first check the timings of high and low tide. On Sunday evening and at the time of low tide you will not find this place beautiful.

The beach is well maintained and clean. It's one of the best beaches to watch the Sunset. Good place to visit with family and friends. I could see people selling cold beer in the beach and renting table and chairs for people to sit and drink in the beach sand.
