First time attending the Scottish rite theater. Overall the experience was very very good. It's a small and intimate venue with an interesting history. We sat all the way in the back and still had a good view of the stage. There's plenty of free on-site parking and the nearby downtown area offers lots of pre-show dining choices. We will definitely return.

Located on the Camden Waterfront across the river from Center City Philadelphia the Battleship New Jersey Museum and Memorial offers guided and self-guided tours year-round. Climb inside the 16" gun turrets, learn explore the captain's cabins and crew's quarters and discover what life was like for a Battleship sailor. Families and youth groups can spend the night aboard the Battleship as part of the overnight encampment program.
We visited the Battleship New Jersey, earlier this month, one day, when the snow was melting. Because of that, only part of the ship was open for touring. We opted not to take the audio tour, as it was even more money; however, we may have missed something without it. The little exhibit inside was self explanatory, and so were a couple of the rooms, but I wonder if we missed any explanation of the outside of the ship. The ship and its history is impressive, and I did enjoy the exhibit on board; I just don't think that it was worth the steep price, especially since we couldn't tour the whole ship, and there was no one on the ship of whom to ask questions.

Went there with friends and was surprised they did not have food. a couple of places around the corner...walking distance had food you could take out and eat there. Young crowd drinking beer; that's their main attraction.

My husband, Snook, and I have attended several Ritz Theater Company productions through the years and always come away pleased. Some of them included One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, Fiddler on the Roof, and Rent. Staging and lighting is always a challenge in small theater and this one is expert at both. Casting is pretty true to the original productions and the actors and singers are usually more than adequately suited to their parts. In addition to the shows, there is an adjoining shop which always features a local artist art exhibit which is a plus. There are snacks and coffee available for sale in the lobby for every production. The theater itself is a crumbling but comfortable work of art that lets you step back in time. We thoroughly recommend a visit to catch a show and/or maybe a season ticket.

Customer service was AMAZING BEFORE we got to the brick and mortar building. When we got there, there was no one to greet us and people standing around everywhere. They have a sample wall which allows practice for the various locks but multiple samples were broken, or missing pieces.
I only knew about signing in because I heard someone else mention that they already signed in. The associates were great but they were running around trying to do multiple things. There REALLY needs to be a host or hostess for when people come in. We had never been there before so a brief overview of how this works would have been nice.
Once we were in the room, We were with a group who must do these for a living and they just started going when the door opened. They didn't communicate with us until I shared a clue I had found and not them. They were overbearing and didn't even care that we were in the room. Perhaps a brief introduction and an overview from the room master could have prepared ALL of us to work together.
This all said, I think this is a clever game and would like to return as long as no one else is in the room, since this was our experience. I felt bad for my daughter who was so excited to be there and wasn't able to truly participate because the group in there were savages!

Wife and I visited here once last year. We are back in the area(we go between England and US) and decided to go again. Amazing place. Great variety of beers on tap. Something for everyone. The servers were very welcoming and friendly. We chatted with...MoreThanks so much for your thoughtful review!! :) FYI, besides street parking, there's also a parking garage at the end of Powell Lane (pay at the kiosk) or you can park at the Sun National Bank across the street.

Moore Brothers Wine Company is unique. We buy directly from many of Europe's finest, artisan, and natural winegrowers, and present their work under perfect, temperature-controlled conditions. For parents visiting with children, we have a well-stocked "playroom," and we welcome pets as well.
We have been customers for several years and went there recently with two additional generations of the family. The store is located in an industrial park with only a small sign to indicate its presence and easily overlooked unless you know where you are going. The store is always cold--in order to keep the wine form being "overcooked." They offer very good advice on wines at various price points--chiefly from small vineyards in France, Germany, and Italy. Even if you know what you want, you will probably spend 30 minutes or more there, hearing from friendly and knowledgeable staff. They often have wine tastings, which will extend your visit. And they help to bring your wine to your car! Worth a trip.

Adventure Aquarium is just minutes from downtown Philadelphia on the Camden Waterfront and features one-of-a-kind exhibits with more than 8,500 aquatic species throughout two million gallons of water. The Aquarium is home to the largest collection of sharks on the East Coast, including the only Great Hammerhead shark on exhibit in the United States, the only aquarium in the world to exhibit hippos, one of only six facilities in the US to have Little Blue penguins as permanent residents and exhibits the longest Shark Bridge in the world, a unique V-shaped rope suspension bridge just inches over Shark Realm. Adventure Aquarium is an accredited member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA), and is held to the absolute highest standards in animal care and exhibition.
Unbelievably expensive for a family of four with young teens and terrifyingly could-not-be-to-code overcrowded. This place was trashed! A wreck! We waited in line with probably 600 people and once we arrived inside were overwhelmed by the crowds. There is apparently no timed entry ... it's simply 'best of luck when you get inside'! Make sure to hold onto your young children's hands or you will LOSE THEM HERE! There was literally no place to go... no area to breathe... you could not see the sea life as the rampant unattended children were climbing all over the ledges that were in front of each exhibit. The floor, stairs, tables, chairs, all were covered with trash, food detritus, diapers (diapers!!) kleenex, toys... unbelievable mess. There was an elderly lady with a DOG inside, probably a service dog didn't see a vest, but she was draped in exhaustion on one of the benches and her dog was resting just underneath the bench and we STEPPED on the DOG'S HEAD because we could not SEE it... this was horrible! Horrible! The staff was totally overwhelmed and doing nothing to contain these crowds. We lasted about 15 minutes inside at which point our teenage son asked ' if there is a fire will we survive?' Scary. Time. To. Go. Upon leaving we saw two police officers outside with a lost child who was in fits of fear.. completely catatonic... would not allow anyone near her or to help her. Terrible, terrible visit. We will never return.

You are placed inside a fun themed room and have 60 minutes to solve the task at hand using the clues and puzzles hidden throughout. It's a hectic, fun and challenging dash as you and up to nine other players work furiously to complete your objective before the time runs out.
I highly recommend this for everyone! It was such a different night out for a reasonable price. The people running it were fantastic. The clues were hard but not impossible. My friend is claustrophobic, so I was worried, but they assured her the door would be unlocked if she needed to get out. The room was big enough and she was fine. We only had 4 people. I think it would be more fun with a bigger group. There is plenty of nearby parking. The people that run it are really nice. Collingswood is a nice town. Have dinner there and make a night of it. We are definitely going back! 2 thumbs up!

We decided to stop by and see the Easter Bunny, because why not? We had a great afternoon. There was some kind of tea party going on, lots of music and fun activities and the Easter bunny staff was great with the kids. Would definitely recommend this place for Easter Bunny pictures, even though it's a little pricey.
