The caves are fascinating, with lots of history. Our guide was Peter, who is very knowledgeable and humourous. He was good with the children in our group. The tour is only about an hour and well worth the entry fee. There is a nice little cafe in the entrance as well

Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or other special celebration, The Beaverwood offers a one-of-a-kind event space that you can easily style to suit your theme. Set in extensive private grounds, our venue can accommodate from 100 to 300 guests for a party and 150 for a sit-down meal. A beautiful wedding venue, The Beaverwood is also licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies. The Beaverwood is also hugely popular for its live music events (every Thursday evening) and Friday Club Nights.
We have held our work Christmas parties aswell as Summer at The Beaverwood the last few years. It is such a lovely venue, always decorated beautifully and well spaced out with two bars, our needs are always catered to and the staff are always exceptional and very welcoming. There are always plenty of bar staff which helps us to enjoy our night even more as we are not having to wait at the bar long. Our staff had a great night as always. Thank you

Open dawn-dusk every day of the year. Please note, all gates locked at dusk.
This is both a historic and fascinating mix of ancient woodland ,farmland and fields only 12 m from central London. Memories of Elizabethan intrigue, Second World War occupation, bomb craters, ancient orchards and historic woodland all accessable along paths and walkways. Ideal for strolls and play with a handy pub at the entrance and several others nearby.

Christ Church is a vibrant evangelical church for the twenty-first century, even though it was opened in the nineteenth. It's built in Kentish ragstone, and originally had a spire. When it was enlarged in 1880 the spire was removed and the present tower was built. There is some fine stained glass, including a commemoration of Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee, as well as a magnificent Willis organ that was worked on by Father Willis himself. A church hall was built alongside in 1907 and was used as a hospital in the First World War. Renovations, re-ordering and expansion continued, most recently in 2008 with a building to link the church and hall, and in 2012 with a complete reordering of the church itself.

From the moment I started dealing with Tina and the events team at Sidcup family golf I knew the party was going to go well. Tina could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We are a youth football club searching for a venue for its Christmas party. At least 30 children plus parents and siblings. The planning was easy, discounts applied to our block booking which made it excellent value. When we arrived the cafe was decorated beautifully with crackers on the tables and party bags for the boys. The crazy golf was a massive success and the food afterwards was tasty and plentiful. Nothing was too much trouble. The cafe manager had even made me a gingerbread Christmas tree as a treat for planning the party. How wonderfully kind. Everyone really enjoyed the afternoon and went home happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this venue and the staff for any corporate party. We already want to book again for next year!
