We went to Rush escape rooms as a team of 17 for a work offsite. Most of us had never experienced puzzle rooms before so didn’t know what to expect. We had a fantastic time, the rooms were fun and challenging (we did super incredibles , the Knight rises and it’s Nightmare).Michael our host was so easy to deal with and great fun on the night. The venue had a quality fit out and the rooms were well themed and well thought out. The team loved it,had a great chance to work together to solve the rooms and even experienced puzzle solvers thought the rush escape rooms were quality

Recently I hadn’t been able to sleep because of anxiety and panic attacks. I’ve gone twice now, every time I go I find I can go to sleep and stay asleep for the night! Feeling refreshed once again. I do the combination of infrared sauna and molecular hydrogen. Sym always makes sure I have a great experience. Highly recommend!

Capital City Trail

Reviewed By 619jeffry - Essendon, Australia

The Capital City Trail is a dual-use cycle and pedestrian trail. Getting around it would be an awfully long walk, so most people prefer to cycle. The Yarra Bend park is a good place to start. The Capital City Trail also connects to other trails, such the Yarra trail heading into the city and the Merri Creek path. The whole Capital City Trail is around 30 km (19 miles) so it would take you around a day going at a steady pace. Water fountains are located around every 2 kms (one mile).

Being a short walk from the Prahran or South Yarra station, its actually not that difficult to get to using the trains. There is a little outdoor area with quite a few food stalls. Inside the main market not only are there food stalls, but there are also delis as well as grocers and meat shops. The market is open and has quite a lot of things to look at. I quite liked the different produce shops around the market selling a huge variety of fruits and vegetables. There are also a lot of smaller stalls scattered in between the larger ones so there is a huge selection of products. The seafood and meat section is off to one side of the main warehouse, again with a range of different shops in one area. The market isn't the biggest but did have quite a lot of really nice products.

Situated along St Kilda Road is one of a group of very well maintained gardens. Interesting historical monuments as well as statues, water features and lots of greenery. A lovely place for a stroll.
