Little Bee's Secret Garden is a native bee demonstration garden that offers practical and hands-on education on Australian native bees, highlighting the urgency to be conscious of the environment, while promoting the value of our native bees.
A beautiful little space tucked away in the heart of Canungra township. Owning our own native bee hive we were very eager to visit Little Bee's Secret Garden. Although we have a bee hive we know very little about native bees and Alex was happy to chat and answer all of our questions. Her knowledge is amazing. We also purchased a very informative book. Bees are essential for our survival and ensuring our food source and it is wonderful to meet someone that is so passionate about native bees and so willing to share her knowledge.

Tourism based alpaca farm with alpaca gift shop. Feed and pat the alpacas and check out all of the amazing alpaca products. Now located at O'Reilly's Canungra Valley Vineyards, where you can also enjoy amazing lunches and do some wine tasting while you are here! Feed the alpacas every day of the week from 10am.
We 'rented' an alpaca for 30 minutes, this was a fun experience for not just the kids but us adults too. These guys are funny characters and are just so adorable. We were also provided with some food to feed 'Noodle'. Highly recommend taking your little ones to this farm!

Our friends drove us to this spiritually uplifting place of worship. It is spanking clean and tidy throughout befitting a highly rated religious place of worship. An ergonomically designed chapel is located a few meters away from the car park. A walk from the chapel to the left will take visitors on a trek covering the way of the cross. Throughout the other well maintained and manicured areas, structures / places of worship dedicated to Mother Mary from churches around the world, installed with either pictures or statues with a brief informative history can be found. According to my memory areas dedicated to Lourdes, Fatima, Velankanni, Guadalupe and unique churches from other countries such as Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Poland etc. as well as areas of worship dedicated to saints Joseph, Anthony, Theresa and a new area for Mother Theresa (under construction) too can be found among others. I understand that this is a retreat centre to reflect and pray in a secluded environment. Highly recommended for all interested catholic believers. The public toilets were among the best found in Australia or anywhere in the world.

The War Memorial is a fitting tribute to the local people who lost their lives in war. It's set in a very attractive park and is floodlit at night. We ate our lunch sitting in the park, appreciating the surroundings.

I was dropping off brochures for 'Springtime on the Mountain' which the centre was happy to display, as visitors to Canungra often enquire re things to do/places to see in the Scenic Rim & Tamborine Mountain is a short drive from Canungra. The staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. They were able to answer my questions.

Gorgeous views across the vineyard and delicious food and wine! Couldn’t recommend this highly enough! You will be welcomed by cute dogs and further up past the olive trees there are gorgeous Alpacas!
