Upon entering this mall, you see the large tree in an open area. Around this is the mall with resto's and shops.
Location is downtown which can be crowded but is very convenient for commuters.
We tried the coffee place Starbucks then had dinner at Mesa. Excellent menu and good service.
The mall has many shops plus a large supermarket making it convenient for all goers.

The Emmanuel Pelaez Siblings made a bold decision of addressing climate change in 1995 by converting 2,000 hectares of pasture / grazing land to forest. You can experience the natural forest (30 hectares in 1959 and now 300 hectares by doing nothing...NO CUTTING!). The family planted 1,200 hectares to forest trees. The Pelaez Way of saying: We Can CHANGE by taking care of Nature!

I've been going to this mall since its early days as just an arcade. Now, LKK mall is easily one of the best malls in CDO. It carries several options for anything you may need to buy or get done. Organization is a bit off but not by too much and there are options for people who are tired from all the shopping. The spacious interior makes it possible to get away from the noise on busy days.

We passed by this cave on the way to our White Water Rafting adventure. It is quite dark, and since we were going rafting, we had no means of lighting the cave, and it just ends abruptly showing the CDO River course where we would be rafting. It is along a winding highway and might easily be missed. If you plan to go out of CDO to visit this cave only, I do not recommend going. It is too far out of the way and if you're not planning on rafting after, then it is time wasted.

Opol is easily accessible from Cagayan de Oro City. It is a good place to relax, take a late afternoon stroll and try the fresh seafood.
