Good beach to visit. The height of reefs help create pools that don't disappear during high tide. Water is a bit colder than other Beaches with natural pools. Not too much fish to see compared with Cupe Beach and Natural Pools of Porto da Galinhas. Still a good option to visit once other pools have disappeared during high tide.

The beach is too small and the sand is thick. The restaurant has a nice food, but the service is extremely slow and inefficient. The bathroom is clean.
Don't get the service of "Luck Receptivo" (the main travel agency of the region), it's very expensive and they fool the clients.

Bridge is a little price, but is the best way to go to paiva, gaibu, calhetas and suape. The way is just clean, no traffic, lots of coconuts trees, and luxury houses, you get to your destination very fast. Way to go recife

It's like a time machine travel, a little pearl in the middle of nowhere! It's not just the little church but also the ruins of a convent from 1500s, a little village and a great, astonishing view of the blue ocean!!
I only have to say to be alert about pickpockets......!!!

Wonderful natural sceneric view, good for a morning walk and family trips. However, one should travel fully prepared for drinks and eatables as not many options were seen in the neighborhood. I loved taking spending 3 hours on one week end with my wife & another familyand took photographs.

This is a beautiful beach area being developed for luxury homes with easy access to Recife. What shocked me and turned me off is that ever fifty meters there are large official signs warning of the sharks in the water. Frightening. But for a quick day trip using the new bridge from the road from Boa Viagem is can be combined with other Beaches to the south (Pedra do Xareu, Enseada dos Corais) for a nice excursion.

The beach is calm, the water is very clean and perfect to swim.
The access to the beach is through Galé Resort, so it's almost a private beach.
Don't go there with "Luck Receptivo" (the main travel agency of the region), it's very expensive and they fool the clients
