Bimini is the closest point in the Bahamas to the mainland United States and approximately 210 km (130 mi) west-northwest of Nassau. The population is 1,988 as of the 2010 census.

We only stopped at this reef to prepare for a dolphin swim so we had low expectations. However, it was just teeming with life, many schools of fish, coral rocks to explore, and it is in shallow enough water to explore via snorkel or scuba. Saw it with Neal Watson who is always great to dive with.
