Awesome guides! Caroline was hysterical!!! But she never forget safety during her comedy, and was good about paying attention to us. Bree, also hysterical! We had a blast! Office staff Danielle and Blake? (I think) very friendly and great at answering our questions, making us a priority. Well worth the price, awesome adventure for a special occasion or just a fun day out! Wear good walking/hiking shoes...some of it is real exercise! But gorgeous scenery for hiking!

Sailing yacht charter service offering a unique way to see the beauty of the Texas Hill Country on Lake Travis. You and your friends will sail the beautiful waters of Lake Travis on the largest sailing yacht on the lake with a highly knowledgeable skipper. Available for sunset cruises, bachelor and bachelorette parties and any special celebration.
We reserved Sail Austin Charters for my 50th birthday celebration. We could not have asked for a more beautiful day to sail Lake Travis! There were 11 of us on the boat and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the water. Captain Tim was very safety conscientious and communicated clearly the boat rules which made all of us feel very safe and secure! He had great play lists and was very accommodating for the food and drinks we brought on board. We are definitely doing this again.

My daughter was about to embark on a special trip, so having heard a good review from a discerning friend, I scheduled my daughter for a manicure and pedicure. This was a special treat for us and worth the splurge. The environment was very beautiful and restful. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Dana, who provided my daughter's nail services, was efficient and gentle, and warm and personable. Just a wonderful experience from start to finish.

he Bee Cave Sculpture Park weaves throughout a 7-acre natural setting showcasing a combination of permanent and rotating sculptures. In addition to the fantastic art you will find a spring-fed pond, some of the largest oak trees in the City and over 20 different native species of plants. If you look closely you will also run into quite a bit of wildlife.
I love to support local attractions. Bee Cave has been growing incredibly fast lately and its good to see the city make the effort to support the arts and local artisans. The park was set up with very good intentions, and is a very nice use of public space. It's family friendly and is a perfect spot for a picnic or a short stroll. It's a nice slice of hill country charm with lots of shady oaks and a quaint little pond. It's fairly secluded and serene.
There are about a dozen pieces in the park - which I will agree is difficult to find unless you are looking for it. The group is a really mixed lot: several are extremely impressive in execution and content, while others are very rudimentary. Several of the pieces are definitely made by professional artisans, but a couple are unimpressive and could be classified as "crafty" vs. "fine craft". That being said, I still was impressed with the park and hope they are able to grown in the future (the addition of some kinetic or interactive sculpture would be nice). It has a nice energy and is very welcoming.
As for my rating, I wouldn't drive an hour out of my way to see the park, but I would stop by to enjoy lunch among the oaks and art while on my way to Hamilton Pool or after shopping at the Galleria.

My wife and I rented a jet ski from here. They rent by the hr and the prices are reasonable. We went early in the morning and practically had the lake to ourselves!

A county swimming area where swimsuits are optional.
Went with my GF and had a blast. Took a picnic and some beers and worked on some tan! Shoes or sandals reccomended as there is no beach, only rocks. The drop off in the water is several feet with ledges to stand on.

We had my son's birthday party at High 5 in October. The boys had a great time! Because my son opted to only have a total of 8 boys, including himself, we went with their Fun Pass which is $24.99 per player and includes:
UNLIMITED Laser Tag Missions (get in the mission queue as many times as you can while you are here!)
60 mins of bowling with shoes included
40 point High 5 Player Card
It was perfect for a small party of teenage boys!
The staff was great! The food was really good AND priced reasonable!
What more can you ask for?
We will definitely do it again!!!

My husband and I went to Bee Cave Central Park on a Saturday afternoon in April. The 50 acre park has two small pavilions, two playscapes, picnic tables, seat benches, nice restrooms, a dog park, wide concrete trails, a basketball court and soccer field. The park is well maintain except for around a couple picnic tables. The dog park appeared to be clean. We did see a couple places where dog owners did not clean up after their dog even though bags are available. The wide concrete trails were great for walking. We meet a few young families enjoying the trails. We will be back.

One of the true natural wonders of Austin is beautiful Lake Travis, known as the Sunset Capital of Texas. I recently had the opportunity to experience the best of Lake Travis with some of my friends on a charter cruise with Landfall Sailing. It was...MoreThank you very much for joining us and for the great review. We look forward to sailing with you again in the very near future. Bruce

My husband and I tried the tasting class at this location. I never imagined there was so much to learn about olive oil. But most of all i never realized the taste difference between fresh olive oil with a crush date of under one year compared to store bought olive oil that was 3+ years past its crush date. This class changed our perspective on oil and we will never buy store bought oil again! I highly recommend stopping in or taking the class. It was well worth the visit.
