Our coffee tour gives an opportunity to to visit a coffee plantation and learn about the complete process from bean to cup. Our coffee tour gives you an oppertunity to spend time interacting directly with a Guatemalan coffee farmer. In our coffee cupping and brewing workshop, our coffee expert will first guide you through a practice of catacion (cupping), explaining how coffee quality is evaluated by professionals. Testing a variety of DLG coffees you will learn how to identify aromas and flavors with the help of the coffee taster’s flavor wheel.
