Very beautiful. Serene peaceful calm and so holy. The temple was built by Srimant Chimaji Appa in 1739 to fulfill his vow-Mannat made to Vajreshwari Devi when he conquered the majestic Bassein-Vasai fort from the Portuguese after a long and tough battle. Tall steps to climb

Reviewed By Vrush26

The place was awesome with great staff. We reached there by 5.30 and the owner of the farm along with staff was there to welcome us and served tea with breakfast. After that the room was allocated to us with all the necessary things and it was quite clean. In dining area they kept games for all age group. The dinner was served on time and the taste was good. After dinner they allocate us the tent as requested. The best part was we asked them if we can have tent and room both bcoz we have small kids with us and they said we can stay wherever we want to and did not charged anything for the tent. Along with tent there was a bonfire and a karaoke session were anyone can sing. At morning the owner of the farm took us to a nature tour where he showed us different trees and explain the importance of them. The session was good because he was trying to keep everyone engaged by cracking jokes and explaining the small details. After the tour we had our breakfast which includes pohe and upma both. And then we all went to the fun activities. There are total 3 pools along with rain forest and a artificial waterfall and I must say the pool is quiet clean and the best part is the pool water is chlorine free.we enjoyed a lot along with all this there is a small park for kids where even the teens and aged can play. After all activities and fun they served us a lunched which was and in evening again the tea was served. The best part of the tour was the owner of the farm himself was taking care of each and every small thing and making sure that everything goes well.
