Jon was great! We texted him a few days before we arrived to make arrangements for pickup at the ferry terminal. He drove us through town and pointed out all the great sites. The next day I couldn't find my favorite water bottle so we contacted him to see if we left it in the van. We did! He was so kind and delivered it to me about an hour later. We made arrangements for him to take us to the ferry terminal at the end of our trip. He not only picked us up, but drove us to see more sites before dropping us off at the terminal in time to get on the ferry.

We went into the Eagle side first, saw live eagles with a very well done talk given by an intern. 2 of the female eagles decided to talk to each other while we were there, then spread their wings and moved around some. I understand it is even better if you come when the trainer is feeding them. They had live falcons and hawks as well. Then we went to the animal side. All the animals were stuffed and displayed extremely well. Again we were given the priviledge of hearing an intern do an excellent talk about the animals present, the 5 types of salmon, the different bears, lynx, horseshoe rabbits, etc. Very interesting and the display was excellently done.
