We wanted to visit the High Tatras from the UK and do some hill walking & trekking. Specifically, we planned to hike Gerlachovsky stit (2655m) and Mt Rysy (2503m). We needed a guide and turned to Mountain ProGuiding. This proved an excellent choice. Our point of contact, by email and phone, was Katarina, who was efficient, courteous and professional throughout. She teamed us up with Peter for Gerlachovsky stit, and with Tibor for Mt Rysy. Both were excellent guides, with a great knowledge of the mountains. They set a pace that suited, read the weather excellently, kept us safe throughout, and got us to the top of both peaks (and down again) without drama. We really enjoyed both climbs which were very satisfying, and we owe a big thank you to Mountain ProGuiding for making it all happen.

a group of 12 of us visited the Club as part of stag weekend. The experience was very good and the instructor was helpful and knew his stuff and showed us all we needed to know. good time and i would recommend it.
