The Quay Gallery Westport is now providing Needle Felting and Jewelry Making Workshops. The Gallery opened its doors in May 2014 - this venture is the brainchild of three like-minded local artists Sue Basler, Victoria Foutz and Suzie Sullivan. They have created an eclectic and innovative space where clients can buy a range of handmade Irish craft in a relaxed environment, meeting the artists and seeing them at work. You can now also take part in felting and jewelry workshops in the gallery. For more info check the gallery facebook or get just give us a call.

Westport Town Hall Theatre promotes a year-round programme of theatre and arts events catering for all ages. The modern and well-equipped multi-purpose centre caters for amateur and professional drama, musicals, dance, film, children’s events and concerts (traditional, classical and popular). All events serve to nurture the educational and cultural needs of all patrons engaging with the venue.
Over fifty of us attended a performance of Atlantic Notes which is running very Tuesday night. We received excellent treatment from Róisín and her team. Everything we asked for was provided and the venue is really suitable for wheelchair users. We travel all over the country and this show rates as one of the best we have ever seen. Our members raved about it. The concept was simple but so professionally presented and all of the cast were superb. We had some people with us who had very seldom if ever been to the west of Ireland and we can assure you they are now determined to explore all the beautiful places they saw that night. Absolutely brilliant night. Could not say enough. Do not miss this show.

Located in the town centre this beautiful church is well worth a visit if you are strolling around Westport. Every doorway and window is decorated on the outside and the interior is simply wonderful, full of Carrera marble and mosaics. A place of serenity and calm.

The Old Grainstore is a Traditional Irish Pub steeped in history. We specialise in Whiskey and Gin and offer exceptional service with a smile. We cater for sports enthusiasts showing all major sports events. There is and old grainstore in the beer garden which was in use until the 1950's. The rail tracks from the grain carts can still be seen in the beer garden.

Thrilling, brain-teasing and fun activity that will keep you in suspense from the beginning till the very end. Prepare yourself for a real-life, team based, action game, where players discover clues and accomplish tasks in order to escape a locked room before time runs out. You have one hour, can you escape?
Today we had the pleasure to play in the escape room, we managed to save the earth, even with the best time of the month ???? We highly recommend it, thanks to the varied puzzles it is great fun for everyone.

Don't let the outside fool you with the narrow doors and groceries in the front of the store. Keep walking back to the bar and you will be rewarded with the freshest pint of Guinness you've ever had complete with the perfect creamy head. We had six in our group and after two weeks of traveling all around Ireland, including the Guinness Storehouse Gravity Bar, we voted the pint we had at Moran's as the BEST in our travels. The locals at the bar were friendly & talkative. Well worth a visit. Sláinte!
