Telford and Shropshire's number 1 ranked, award winning escape room. Come and try to escape from one of our themed rooms. You will have to solve puzzles and clues, but can you do it in the time?
Had a fantastic time back at Xscape Now! Their latest game, Sweeney Todd, is a shining example of excellent Room design! A great variety of interesting and enjoyable puzzles, twisting narrative and surprising reveals and some lovely build quality with both decor and props. All presented by two wonderful hosts with a real and heartfelt desire to provide a brilliant experience! If you're in the area (or even if you're not) this is well worth a visit! Well done you guys, can't wait to see what you cook up next. Hope it's not more meat pies...!

Affordable cinema tickets coupled with very comfortable seating and state of the art projection and audio equipment make this cinema an excellent choice for a visit. Our café sells a delicious range of home made cakes and lunches, as well as barista coffee. We also sell wine, cider, local beer and lager - all of which can be taken into the cinema. The cinema can also be hired out for one-off events, such as end of term screenings for local schools - please contact us for further details. We are always looking for volunteers so if you are interested in being part of the team behind the local independent cinema and cafe, pop-in and we will get you signed up.
Went to Harry Potter Thursday. A most for Harry Potter fans who came suitably dressed, as where the friendly staff and volunteers. Comfortable seats with everyone suitably socially distanced. A lovely treat in these difficult times and a way to support local business. Throughly recommend, only wish we had been to the showing of the other HP films this was the last one in the series.

Telford's newest Escape Room. Come and play one of our outstanding Escape Room Adventures. 60 minutes to try and escape, can you do it?
Me and my partner had never done an escape room before, nor would we probably have booked one off our own back but this was a Christmas gift from loved ones, and we absolutely loved it! As soon as we got home we’re looking to book the other room at Adventure Vault and other local ones! When we got there Tom our guide greeted us straight away, we introduced ourselves as absolute beginners and he explained everything we needed to know making us feel at ease. We popped our stuff in their lockers at enter the room, ours was called ‘The Scandal’. Unfortunately we got locked in, and didn’t complete it within the hour slot, however Tom kindly let us finish and we completed it 4 minutes after the deadline. Not too bad for complete rookies and it scratched that itch we would have had if we got kicked out without completing all the puzzles. The puzzles themselves were brilliant, real brain teasers that got us working together. My only problem is we didn’t get stuck in sooner, we were too cautious at the beginning and perhaps wasted too much time. Tom kept and eye out and listened all the way through, probably pulling his hair out at how close we were to getting some puzzles, and how far away from others. If we needed a clue all we had to do was ask and he’d display one on the tv in the escape room, but the clues still got us thinking and they weren’t obvious. We took too long to get through the first door, but once into the second room and seeing the timer deplete it was such a rush. Really enjoyed the puzzles and still kicking myself over some of the more obvious ones. Can’t thank Tom enough, we had a great time doing something I never thought we’d usually do, can’t wait to come back to try the other room. Cheers!

This scenic area, often used by moviemakers because of its unspoiled, authentic 18th-century architecture, offers several museums that represent a different aspect of Britain's industrial heritage.
Good insight to the foundations of our Industrial Age and daily life for people of the time. Victorian village was well done with the actors role playing very well staff and volunteers very friendly and helpful in spite of current times and extra pressures. Glad we came to discover this part of the history and the gorge and bridge too.

Just visited for the second time and I love it! Such an amazing collection of ceramic tiles and the story and history behind the factory and tiles in general. I spent ages just walking around the showroom room and then the room at the end with so many tiles on display to see. Just beautiful. Made me want to go home and tile something! There were many designs I would love to use in my own home. With my Ironbridge annual ticket, I will try to visit one more time just to look again before my year is up.

Sunnycroft is an Edwardian villa which takes you back to the 'country house' lifestyle before the first world war. Sunnycroft tells the story of a Brewer, a Widow and three generations of a local industrialist family. Opened by the National Trust in 1999 the house offers guided tours of the villa and gardens. croquet and games on the lawn and an Edwardian tea room serving light refreshments. The house is open Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 2nd March - 5th November and then weekends through the Winter.
Sandwiched between busy main roads and bustling surburbia , an oasis of peace and serenity greets the visitor to Sunnycroft . Passing slowly in a traffic jam we 'd previously noticed the NT sign and decided to visit, a worthwhile decision and very pleasant five hours spent exploring .We were welcomed at the carpark and walked down the magnificent driveway .An avenue of 100 year old Redwoods line the drive to the house .Huge , stately trees , amazing specimens , we could quite easily have been walking in California. The drive curves to give the first glimpse of the Edwardian red brick turreted house , we were just in time to join a lady for a very informative talk and short tour . In fact all the guides were so knowledgeable and you could sense the warmth of their feelings for the house . This minature stately house , having only eight bedrooms and the most wonderful galleried landing , full of family treasures was a delight to explore . So too were the gardens , a couple of sties and stables , orchards , meadow , kitchen garden . Borders and a formal lawn with crochet equipment and hulahoops for the kids , deckchairs to relax with a picnic and the afternoon tea in the sunshine ended a lovely visit . The lady owner was way before her time and had the most progressive ideas , she also had a fortune so was able to implement the planning , the rebuilding , the decor , to the highest standards . A surprisingly peaceful oasis amidst the fast pace of today's world .

This unique shop is home to a huge range of traditional and limited edition teddy bears. All of the current collections are in stock as well as several rare discontinued items and shop exclusives. Within the shop is a small museum with some of the earliest Merrythought and Farnell teddy bears (dating back as far as 1909) as well as many other characters created by Merrythought over the years. For the second year we travelled 150 miles to go with the grandchildren to see Jack and the Beanstalk at the Place. Noisy, raucous, and eldest grand daughter was nearly hoarse by the end of it with all the shouting. We go on her birthday so it is guaranteed to be a noisy affair. You either join in or get wet, or join in and still get wet. Great pantos here, traditional, loads of audience participation, better than our local one down South. We will be back next year. Two hour show.
