Morocco's coastal capital since 1912, Rabat has just over a million people. Modern and even reserved by Moroccan standards, the city also has many fascinating historic sites, including the picturesque Kasbah of the Udayas, built in the mid-12th century. The unique Hassan Tower, begun at the end of the 12th century, was meant to have the world's largest minaret, but was never completed. Just opposite the tower lies the 20th-century Mausoleum of Mohammed V, another of the city's main attractions.

Traditional Thai massage is really a deep, full-body treatment, starting at the feet and progressing up to the head. Using a sequence of gentle, flowing exercise movements, the recipient's body is moved, loosened and stretched... All our therapists are from Thailand and they are very professional

It is a permanent exhibition with more than 2500 exhibits from more than 90 countries from five continents of the world. You can find this delightful display in a traditional house in the Rabat Medina. It is decorated with ornate grills, beautiful zellig tiles, classy woodwork and moorish arches. The passion of the founders is clearly evident. A true gem of a museum for all ages.

Got a chance to visit this wonderful museum in Rabat from Casablanca. The staff was very helpful and the exhibits were intriguing for myself and my two young kids. We had such a great time and spent an hour and a half there. Also visited the coffee shop that is just around the corner and did an art project with them on the lawn across the street.

Holy Resurrection Church in Rabat is a functioning Russian Orthodox Church in Morocco. The church was built in 1932 and painted completely by icon-painters from Moscow in 2011. You can visit the church any day when priest is in town, which is most of the time.
For a Romanian traveler, the Russian church was a very pleasant discovery on a Sunday afternoon in the area of Anass residences in Rabat. From outside it looks more like a Greek church. The inside is small, but with beautiful interior decorations and beautiful orthodox icons. The Sunday religious service was over by the time I went there, but the priest was still in the church and he seemed very kind and friendly.

Its probably best tram in Morocco, although there are only 2 i think, that one in Casablanca i didn't find so good. In Rabat at least if you want to visit all tourist places near Medina, Kasbah - all can be made by food, just walking... If you want to visit Mausoleum of Mohamed V and Hasan Towen its worth to take tram from the train station or other station close to your hotel. I'ts quick, one ticket cost only 6 DH, its quick, clean, and feels like in Europe, not Morocco, very modern. Of course its the best way to use for visiting Sale., or going to the airport (and then taxi) Tickets can be purchased in automatic machines or near by person sitting on the platform and selling tickets. Very easy. There are 2 lines, ticket is interchangeable for an hour i think.

I've been to several spas before but this was hands down my best experience. I came with 8 friends, each had different bookings. They were able to accommodate all of us on short notice. We had called in that morning and they were able to get everyone in for a treatment that day. Everyone had a great experience. It was a highlight of our trip. We did this on our last day before coming home from Morocco, which was a great way to unwind before flying out. I did a hammam and massage. The staff there was amazing. They were kind and professional. I had Sharifi for my hammam and she was fantastic. She really makes you feel comfortable and has a very relaxing presence. The hammam was so refreshing, you leave wondering if you really every truly bathed properly before that moment in your life. After my hammam I was brought the most perfect moroccan tea and sweets. I sat and sipped on my tea until it was time for my massage. The massage was for an hour. The masseuse was amazing, she used argan oils and was able to get deep into your tissues. I would definitely come here again and I highly recommend So Spa.
