I could have spent hours here! A wide variety of books can be found, including newer releases and older books.

The KROC has a full range of equipment for workouts. There is a machine and routine that will provide light to heavy workouts and fitness programs for everyone, young and old alike and at every level of fitness. My preferred fitness program is easily accomplished here on well maintained equipment several times a week. I prefer a yearly membership to save money. There are a variety of plans to choose from and visitors to Kerrville can use the entire facility for $7 a day or get a better rate if they meet certain criteria. Classes outdoor pool and a large gym are available. A noontime restaurant provides meals for a reasonable price.

The Museum of Western Art, formerly the Cowboy Artist of America Museum, is open Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. It is located 65 miles NW of San Antonio just off I-10, and is a short drive from downtown Kerrville. Larger-than-life style western bronzes dot the exterior grounds. There are several galleries inside (allow 90 minutes to go through), showcasing artwork by craftsmen and women who have devoted their artistic career to preserving the legends of the American West. Young children will enjoy the Journey West Children's Gallery, a hands-on interpretive experience of life on a wagon train. A small museum store sells prints and original art done by local artists along with other western memorabilia. An extensive western research library is on site as well. An annual art sale and exhibition is held each fall.
Beautiful museum. Enjoyed special exhibit of artist. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend while in area.

This little arts center hosts some very impressive collections. I love the gourd show in May, the Watercolor inOct and the Texas Furnituremakers Show in November. Free but please leave a donation! The gift shop has ver reasonably priced goods for sale. A great place for Christmas gifts or special one of a kind items for a special gift.

A beautiful store. The museum is attached and it is small, but a good way to learn about this history of the company. A bucket list place for any James Avery fan!

Kerrville Hills Winery features award-winning wines in a relaxed fun atmosphere. Built on the footprint of a Kerrville homestead, the tasting room features the home's original double-side fireplace, window to winery activities, and unique rustic warehouse decor. Tasting room, gift shop, tours. Check website for live music, food trucks and other events.
I am a fan of Kerrville Hills winery. My first sip of Purple Cab was amazing. Chewy fruity and gull bodied it slowly melts into a smooth long finish. This gem of tge Hill Country has won Gold and Silver Medals at the prestigious San Francisco wine event that is open to all winemakers. The best from all over the world compete at this event. Go visit on a Saturday afternoon, listen to sone wonderful musicians, visit w friends and luxuriant in some 5 Star Wines. WOW!

My hubby has bought me 2 framed wallart pieces here which I absolutely love. If you love antiques and enjoy very interesting things, let your imagination run wild. It's worth a stop!
