I have been to the Alden Dow office and home many times and I never tire of its beauty and history. I always learn something new and find another architectural achievement to be in awe of. His home reflects the humble yet complicated man he was. The space is absolutely gorgeous, fun, innovative and livable and surrounded by a magnificent landscape, the Dow Gardens. A definite must see in Midland. The docents are fabulous.

This St. Lorenz Lutheran Church was founded in 1845 by German immigrants who came to Saginaw Valley. Church on Sunday is at 6:00 and 9:30 A,M. They have a cemetery. They have stained-glass windows. The cross is at the very top. They also have lots of flowers. The organ is beautiful! They have a tower and a steeple. The church was built with red bricks. It is gorgeous! Wow!

Our wines are made exclusively from grapes grown in the Lake Michigan Shore Appellation - one of the most fertile growing regions in the nation - which not only sets us apart from other wineries in the state, but has been instrumental in making us Michigan's most-awarded winery. Our wide selection of award-winning wines ranges from internationally recognized dry wines to award-winning sweet wines, and everything in between. We are also proud to offer craft distilled spirits, and ciders.
We have been here multiple times over the years, and always have a great experience. The wines are very good, we always have a great experience, and had a nice visit.

This little gem of a planetarium is set right in the middle of the charming town of Bay City. The planetarium has excellent programs introduced by a very good moderator named Mike. The audience when we attended was composed of families with children ages two through teenaged, and all seemed entertained. The seats were comfortable and the place was immaculately clean. The entrance fees are quite low ($6 for adults, $5 for children and seniors), and the gift shop sells reasonably priced educational toys and books. Highly recommend!

This is a well-conceived library complex; offering a nice resource to the local community, and visitors. The building is architecturally interesting, and well maintained. The staff are friendly, informative and accommodating. The children's section has an ark and stuffed animals; providing an inviting and comfortable ambiance. There are a number of computer terminals for public use (which was very helpful for me one day). Overall, a solid option for those needing, and/or simply enjoying, a libraries offerings.
