Strangely shaped cliffs lure locals and tourists to this popular park, which offers hiking and a wonderful retreat from the city.
Me and my travel mate visited Stolby with a local guide named Pawel in the Winter. The nature is just amazing and very fascinating rock formations. The Stolby it's a must see when you are in Krasnoyarks. Its just a 20 min bus ride away from the city.

Known as the Pearl of Siberia, this incredibly pure and clear freshwater lake measures one mile in depth, contains more flora and fauna than any other lake in the world, including the only existing fresh water seals, and is surrounded by high mountains, wildflower meadows and rich green forests.
Hello, dear friends and readers of my review! In this review, I want to tell you about my trip to lake Baikal and the city of Irkutsk in the summer of last year. In General, as in any other trips, I thought about whether it is worth it, and eventually realized that it is definitely worth it. Baikal is the deepest lake and the cleanest reservoir on our planet! In addition, travel is always good and it can not be superfluous. We took off at night, at five minutes past one from Sheremetyevo airport. The flight took about six hours. They arrived at seven-twenty in the morning. The next day we went to lake Baikal. To convey that beauty in words, Yes that there are words, even feelings can not be! This pure, untouched nature! Clear, transparent lake! Green grass! Only admiration and nothing more! Still Baikal (Small sea), and in the distance you can see Irkutsk. This is an unforgettable experience, just unforgettable! The tour was coming to an end. I decided to buy a couple of Souvenirs as a gift to my relatives. Now it's time to go back. We went back longer than to the lake itself, but it is not critical and does not matter. In General, I was satisfied with my journey from the beginning to the very end: Irkutsk is a magnificent city with kind, and most importantly honest people, beautiful buildings and streets, pleasant flora and fauna, clean and untouched nature. Baikal surprised me with its incredible cleanliness, transparency, magnificent nature and people living near it. This is definitely one of the best trips I've taken in my entire life. I learned more than just more about my Homeland. I looked at the life of people outside the capital and was pleasantly surprised. This is the best city I've ever been to. This is the best lake I've ever been to.

This internationally renowned theater is an architectural masterpiece and includes two well-known ballet and opera groups.
Somewhat unusual choice. 'Coppelia' isn't a very populated ballet, at home they had moved it to the New Stage with less than 900 seats. Here in Novosibirsk the theatre is the biggest in the country – that is, the building, the seating capacity of the main hall after the renovation is about 1400, as far as I remember. And they are always full-booked! Like all theatres designed in 1930-s it is planned as circles going around the stage; no boxes, just one 'open space'. The good thing is that the view is fairly good thanks to very steep steps. That is unless you have a seat somewhere in the corner. But you really don't need to do that, as the tickets are not so awfully expensive, compared with what we are used to in Moscow. The ballet was really charming! It's sort of a fairy-tale, based on Hoffmann's works, but much more cheerful. To enhance the magic they used modern visual graphics; I am generally not a huge fan, but to my surprise it merged well with the traditional ballet skills. I've heard sometimes they offer backstage tours, or maybe, guided tours around the building - very much worth a visit; a splendidly furbished foyer, and the newly-renovated audience-hall. Highly recommend!

I went to this park with a couple of my new colleagues after a long workday. It was beautiful after several days of heavy rains; everything glistening with life. So many different pathways and sculptures to see; so many flowers I had never seen before! To top it off, we had tea crêpes (blini) at the restaurant before heading home. Loved the visit - thank you so much!

Nice example of Russian church architecture. Very colorful and vivid, one of the nicest landmarks in Omsk. Located in historical part of the city, it's on walking distance from other landmarks, fortress, Opera house, Lenin street... Easily accessible from other parts of the city by public transport and "marshutka" mini buses

As a part of our tour with SIBWAY we visited this Chapel at dusk. Wonderful views over Krasnojarsk and the Enisey River!
