Reviews on Thai food in Phuket Town, Phuket, Thailand. Colorful Phuket is a mélange of lifestyles, a place where tranquil monks navigate the same streets as pumped up nightclubbers. The ornate temples and lively cafes of Old Town are prime spots for exploration. Check out the Shrine of the Serene Light and the aromatic Nguan Choon Tong herb shop. Browse and bargain for pretty trinkets at the nearby Thai Amulet Market. Don’t miss an opportunity to take in a performance at the epic Siam Niramit Phuket theater, a true cultural extravaganza.

Not my first time here, nor my first post reviewing the experience. First time in a while though. Sin e my last visit some remodelling of the outdoor dining area make for a much nicer experience. The food hasn't changed. Excellent in it's looks on the plate, it's flavours, and it's freshness.Suay has to be a 'must eat at' place for anyne visiting Phuket, and of course should be a regular spot for residents looking for deliciously prepared Thai food with a modern twist. The mango sticky rice and coconut ice cream are superb BTW.

We got off the bus from Kata and were looking for: a toilet, some late lunch, a cool drink, and free WiFi.Wandering down the road we found this place and it was charming. Delightful, even. The owner speaks very good English and it was clear that he took his role as host very seriously. All of our needs were met in full...We loved the decor; youâll have to go and see it for yourself! The food was outstanding, and the beer was cold.Thank you very much. It's very kind of you to take the time to post it. We will keep up our service to your compliment.Noppadon Pratheep Na Thalang(Nop)

Great food, attentive staff, good prices. Itâs a basic restaurant, but do it well. The food is prepared somewhere else, we ordered, then the food came in from outside, nothing wrong with this, just an observation. Drinks and dessert were on site.

Yes 5 times in 19 days, the food was just too good. The service is fantastic and some great smoothies too, try the O-Oh. When it isnât raining definitely sit outside and soak up the atmosphere. Such a relaxing environment and awesome food to go with it. My friend raves about the chocolate drinks, the limed chicken and I liked the pork steak.

Our taxi driver brought us here after shopping in Patong. Very nice waterfront location with outdoor seating. Yes, it can be very warm. I was told indoor a/c option but I didnât see it and we wanted to sit close to the water. Our servers were very quick to bring us menus and then gave us ample time to read the very extensive menu. A lot of fresh seafood with many tempting offers. Once we had made up our minds our server immediately returned. We ordered a delicious lime shake, water, clams in a red curry & basil sauce and shrimp stir fry with rice. The food came out in a very short time. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and delicious. The clams were tiny but tender. They were cleaned well with the exception of one that was all grit (sand). The broth was extremely spicy and thank god for the lime shake to put out the fire. When the clams were gone another server came to retrieve our empty plates and I requested ice cream as my mouth was still on fire. The ice cream was delivered immediately and was a ice cold delicious mocha almond. Ice cream eaten and the fire was out. I made the mistake of complimenting the staff with their attentive service which unfortunately I rarely see in Thailand. My statement cursed us as we could not get the check for our lives. No matter who I waved to, with four servers standing around, we were ignored. We could have stood up and walked out and no one would have cared. They were totally oblivious. I finally spotted a member of management and called him over asking for the bill so we could leave. He was amused by our frustration and laughed. Another ten minutes passed and a male we had never seen appeared and gave us our bill. He stood and watched me check the bill and then count out the money. When I handed it to him with exact change he in turn counted it as if I might short change him. So, all this being said; nice outdoor location on water, food was fresh and arrived quickly but the wait staff needs serious management and training. Probably the management needs training. Far too casual attitudes. Get a delicious meal here but bring more than appetite; bring patience.

My husband and I have visited Phuket a few times over the last 6 years. One of our favourite places to eat is O-Oh.So much choice of healthy, tasty and beautifully arranged food. The free tasty breadsticks and beetroot dip really get your appetite going! We especially love the lemongrass and mango salads. We miss and hunger for them when we are back home.We love the friendly, smiley staff. We have eaten here often, and are always impressed by the engaging and helpful ethos. This time we were served by K Quin who was a joy to meet and be served by.We would recomend this place to everybody!!!!!!!!Already looking forward to our next meal there.Regi & Dwayne

I dropped by on a late afternoon for a beer (cos it was a freaking hot day) and to satisfy my cravings for tom yam goong. Both the beer and the soup made me a lot more comfortable and happy after a flight and a long car ride. The restaurant is very quaint and cosy and cute in its little way. The restaurant owners were friendly and staff were helpful! As far as the tom yam goong was to me, it was authentic and excellent!Thank you very much for your visit and the review in Trip Advisor. We are very happy that you enjoyed staying with us and our always freshly on order prepared dishes. We hope we see us again. Baan Noy Restaurant with staff
