We often use car services when we travel rather than cabs or UBER. It's great to have a local car service that is better then most in other cities. Southwest Sedan was on time, in an immaculate car, and the driver Jason was professional, courteous and friendly. He knew the best routes to the airport. No small feat in holiday traffic. Highly recommend!

I don't use Uber/Lyft. I work in the insurance industry, and that is very risky. I prefer private transfer services which are fully insured. I had trouble locating a reliable airport transfer company when recently visiting my daughter, who couldn't drive me to the airport due to work events. Found Phoenix Black Car, and very glad I did!! Quoted me a fair price (compared to two other vendors, whose reviews were shady) The owner Christian actually picked me up early, drove very safely ( I gotta tell you the highway traffic in AZ is CRAZY!! and I'm from Chicago!!) Brian was helpful, quickly jumped out to open van door and helped everyone out of the van. I tracked his arrival on the “SS APP”on my phone...it was great... we could see the map with a little blue van pulling into the airport and knew it was the right one we had been assigned. Our dispatcher told everyone which Shuttle they were assigned, and approximately how long they would be. Only thing is that I would have preferred to see a sign at the SS counter near baggage pickup directing us where to stand to get our shuttle assignments( out at curbside look for blue shirt/ or jacket dispatch stand across from door 8) Shared ride was good, 3 stops for 5 people. Drivers music was a little annoying but on balance everything was fine. I would use Super Shuttle again. Aunt Susie

My trip on one of the Sedona-bound Groome shuttle was great and they're so easy to work with... especially when my outbound plane did not leave the ground until 2 HOURS later than scheduled. I called Groome to see if I could change to a later Sedona shuttle... no problem.... then I had a bit of a problem picking up checked bag at PHX--could I still make the scheduled time for the shuttle? Maybe not... I'd better phone them again, seeking to change my time (again) to something even later --- Groome said no problem. Then my bag miraculously appeared, and it looked like I would still be able to just catch an earlier shuttle in the nick of time. I ran out to the shuttle pick-up area, and there the Sedona shuttle was, as promised. "Do you still have room for me to change my mind--yet again--and catch this earlier shuttle?" "Sure, no problem!!" The driver was friendly and informative, and I truly enjoyed the ride. They even have door-to-door service to private residences, so my experience in doing so with Groome was smooth and perfect. I'll be back again!
