Great place along the partlty challenging ski run 24. Good traditional Swiss food and on a sunny day a great place to rest your legs after some demanding ski runs.

Friends had told us what a wonderful place this was for dinner - atmosphere, food - so we chose it to celebrate our final night after the WEF conference in Davos. Our reservation was honored, the place looked charming, we selected a wonderful 2012 Valpolicella, and the appetizer of delicately cooked, slightly sweet duck liver was fabulous. We could hardly wait for the main - venison for me, veal for my wife. Well, we had to wait - an hour and 15 minutes, watching people who arrived far after us get served. We were hungry. At last, with no apology, the main courses arrived - both overcooked and cold. They must have been sitting in some corner of the kitchen. We couldn't eat it, so we waited longer for another main. The new venison was still overcooked and inedible, the veal and veggies were at least warm. The headwaiter offered a bit of cognac, but the damage was done. It could have been a truly memorable meal, and it was, but for the wrong reasons. Please just don't forget customers, and prepare food the way you obviously can, not the way you do.We are extremely sorry to read your report on the service from our kitchen. We can find no excuse for the delay in you being served but on further investigation we find that your main course was actually served to the wrong table. Again there is no excuse for this but we do hope you will give us the chance to redeem ourselves.

A traditional Swiss House dating back to 1922 with wood panelled walls and ceilings in both restaurants.
The service was excellent and the cheese fondue ok...but the bread cubes were made from very mediocre bread that had a soft crust. The price was high for cheese fondue, about $35.00 per person.

The restaurant managed to cater for 85 guests and every space was occupied. The meal was perfectly satisfactory - three course meal with a lovely lasagne and a veggie version availableA lovely Swiss salad to start.Wines horrifically expensive 50 Swiss Francs for a bottle of plain red. The cheapest if you dared to ask was 30 SFR

We used to go very frequently to this restaurant when it was run by Chef Armin Amrein. In those days, it was an amazing experience. Unfortunately, since last year, the chef at Walserhof changed. We went for lunch some days ago. To start with, we were given no amuse-bouche (only plain bread and butter. For a Michelin star restaurant?!). Our appetizer (castagne soup) was pipping hot, not something you serve to a client and impossible to drink for a while. Our main courses were: their gourmet burger (which came with the meat quite raw and looked uninviting) and, for me, mushroom risotto with venison. Although I asked for well cooked venison, no only it arrived bloody but was incredibly hard to eat. The risotto was watery and had little taste. When we pointed out both our dishes were too raw, they took them back and they bought new dishes (as it should be done). But the taste of the new dish was very bland anyway. I left without finishing my main course. Maybe they had a very bad kitchen-day that day, but it will be a while before we go back.

Gasthaus Bargis has got even better with the same warm welcome from Erika and her team. The restaurant was packed mid-week with a great atmosphere, and the food such as Chäsgätschäder are delicious. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent. Highly recommended.

For more than a hundred years in the wynegg has housed and fed guests from all over the world. The hotel experienced the beginnings of winter tourismus in Klosters, the upswing due to winter sports and has since then been a place in which guests and local
We were a large group and were greeted with a friendly smile and seated immediately. The waitress spent some time explaining the menu which consisted of local favorites as well as some French and fusion dishes. I mentioned my gluten issues and when she brought bread to the table, she also brought hot gluten free bread for me. Everything we ordered was delicious. the ratatouille was different and savory, the steaks were perfect and to top it all off, the ice creams were amazing. No one had a bad meal. Can't wait to go back.

We were recommended this hotel by a bespoke tour guide we used (Ultimate Drives) who put this down as one of our lunch stops during a 7 night driving tour. The views, quality of food, service and value for money were world class.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this in or out of season, the veal schnitzel I had was simply to die for.Enjoy
