We were late for lunch, some of the restaurant closed at 2pm. We arrived shingu city at 2pm and found this sushi restaurant still open. We rushed into the restaurant, ordered some toro sushi itâs so tasty. Itâs really good sushi restaurant, worth trying. We ordered oyster without knowing itâs deep fried, we thought itâs raw oysters, so for deep fry oysters, we couldnât finish it, however, itâs so nice, we finished everything and need to order more big toro sushi.

The food is very delicious and fresh. The restaurant is right by the Shingu JR station. It is a small restaurant with 6 counter seats and two 4 seat table. The owner is very friendly. We enjoyed our meal here. The Tokushima Chirashi is fantastic.

This hole on the wall in Nachi Katsuura in Wakayama was introduced to us by Shiela Mae Mendoza and her husband Kazuhiro Higashi#TOKUGAWAWe had the best dinner in a tea room sitting on tatami mats.1-4-7 Jofuku, Shingu Wakayama Prefecture

My husband and I have been eating too many noodles on our trip to Japan, so we opted for sushi tonight. We were seated in a tatami room with a short table, but there were also bar seats. Service was quick and polite. The fish was fresh, and the rice was well seasoned and tasty. I tried whale sushi for the first time! The agedashi tofu was good too. Delightful dinner.

The local water from the tap is very tasty. Also they have local sake which was worth tasting. The sushi we had on a Saturday night was one of the freshest we have ever tasted! Space is limited so arrive a little early.

This family running restaurant welcome tourists who have dropped by before boarding bus at the tourist information center and bust stop , just at the front of train station. They provide menu in Engligh and pictorials depicting what your ordered meal looks like. The owner speaks little English with very warm hospitality manners. He also took my picture with prop. as posted by using instragram. I ordered fresh varieties of seafood topping on a bowl of rice. The owner was so kind , he offeres 4 Ebi sushis as compliments. I really recommend this small , simple great services restaurant.
