The food in here is just delicious, everything has a great flavor. You can find seafood in all presentations, particularly sushi. The only one thing didn't like was the concept of the place, the decoratios weren't clearly a match.

si vienes de visita a culiacan, este lugar debe estar en tu lista. no esta centrico pero vale la pena el recorrido.
The portions are a good size, that place looks clean and service is good it's not cheap but it's not too expensive, around $10 x plate

Ok sushi for Culiacan. I'm not saying it's bad, but a couple of other sushi places have pretty much the same stuff. All palatable, but different from the east coast US sushi places. The portions are twice as big as they are in the US, 10 or so rolls per roll order. A lot of them come with cream cheese, which is something I didn't like at all. Salmon was kind of strange tasting -- again not bad, but it didn't have a distinct salmon flavor. Perhaps it's just a different salmon kind, maybe it was frozen, I don't know.Don't worry about shrimp tempura that's included in almost every roll even if you don't like it: it is not bad and it comes on the outside, mostly as decoration.Service was nice and attentive and nice.I like sushi a lot, but didn't get a Wow out of this place. Given a choice, may come back, though.

This restaurant tries to be the best and fanciest Japanese food place in Culiacan, but failed both times we visited it. First time, I went with my wife that loves sushi, the food was nice but we could not get over the fact that the ice tea is made from a commercial powder product (Lipton). Even the smallest, humble restaurant in the city has ice tea that is natural, homemade.Second time, we went to for a birthdays dinner. On the table there was ad for the tempura shrimp and vegetables with a "special sauce". I was sold and ordered it, unfortunately the sauce was a no show, I asked the waiter for it and he told me that they ran out of it, did not offered me an option. I asked again and he offered me other type of sauce, I agreed but never received it.Overall, the food is good, the place have a nice atmosphere, but the service and the small details make them fail. And for the love of God, make your own ice tea.
Si quieres comer como en Cabanna, pero sin tener que hacer filas ni esperar, Marejada es la opción, el taquiqueso ahà esta más bueno ;D De nada.

The Sushi Factory provides a very bad quality imitation of Japanese food. It is very far away from the Japanese sushi and every tourist will get dissapointed.

It is really hard not to find a good seafood place in Culiacan. We came here with some friends and was actually good. It wasn't really busy as other restaurants so service was fast. We had the callo and camaron appetizer which were nice and fresh. Dinner we has the Camarones Roca which are kind of breaded and are smothered with a very yummy yellow sauce and you can dip them in the sauce they give you. It is a bit expensive compared to other restaurants.

Great seafood. Fresh and crispy as should be. Sea scallops and a wide variety of fish from the Gulf of Cortes are to be tasted. Avoid the plates with mayonnaise.
