One of the busier restaurants. Had no booking but they accomodated us straight away. Food was excellent. Pricey however, you need additional sides as most grill dishes come on their own. Setting was really nice. Service was over the top and provided the reason for the star drop... Waiter was poor, forgot everything had to tell/ask twice. Our bottle of wine was not left on or near to the table so when you ran out of drink you had to ask for a top up.. If they're busy they should just leave it at the table. Very simple fix. Would go again though as the food and setting were lovely for a romantic or family meal.

For me good food starts with good product . If we have good product perfectly cooked with great service we move towards excellence . I believe this to be Retinto- Rodizio Vilamoura . My wife had a Portuguese Steak which she said was delicious while I had an Argentinian Rump . Superb !!! We were welcomed and waited on by Teima , a lovely girl who was more than helpful . As General MacArthur said " I SHALL RETURN "WOW!!!Thank you very much for your review. ALWAYS WELCOME. Regards

if you are in the area, even vilamoura, head over to this steakhouse. sangria is great, service is great and the fernandos steak is the best on the planet. The steak, the best way to describe, is a steak calzone, with cheese and ham in the middle, beautiful!

10 of us ate here laste week and it was wthout a doubt the best meal we had during our 8 night stay, between us we had sirloins ,t- bone peppered and a fillet on the stone and they were all excellent, , The staff were helpful, pleasant and also had a good sense of humour.

We visited on Friday evening (early), although much of the restaurants tables were reserved we were welcomed with genuine friendliness! A table was found and we were seated, helped with menu choices and ordered. The food was very good especially my starter of Grilled King Prawn - unfortunately the mushroom starter lacked imagination and was a bit dry. The Chateaubriand was excellent could have been exquisite with some different veg -peas werenât good.Unfortunately smoking is permitted at the outside bar and at the dining tables - some people happily light a cigarette while other diners are eating without any though or consideration for others - would benefit from a designated smoking area well away from diners or a no smoking policy

This is a lovely looking restaurant with a great setting and great atmosphere. We ate outside on a beautiful evening. Staff were attentive and made us with our 4 year old feel very welcome.The menu has a lot of choice, which isnât necessarily the case with other similar restaurants in the area. Food was excellent and Cocktails were also very good and original. The only slight downside is that we felt a little rushed, but apart from that we didnât have a single complaint.

This was our first visit and we were impressd from the firendly welcome onwards. There is clearly a lot of comoetition but the food stood out for quality of ingredients and cooking. The menu has a good range of options and despite our choosing 2 very different cuisines both were very well executed You can only compare this to mid top end restaurants and as such prices are reasonable
