Serving fine selected Meat with reasonable price. You can choice weight from 150g to more than 500g!!
This place has fantastic wagyu beef and pork . The only negative is they slightly bizarrely insist on serving the steaks with a badly undercooked jacket potato when it would be better to serve it with their delicious fries. The wine by the glass was of poor quality but the delicious meat makes this place well worth a visit . Thank you very much for visiting STEAKHOUSE NAKAMA when we know you have a plethora of options to choose from.We appreciate your comments on the service of our Wagyu Beef and Agu Roast Pork.In order to create the most flavourful and delicious experience in having our stick, we will focus on the finer points of the service in beverages and garnishing, i.e. what you have mentioned in your comment. We will take these points in mind in regards to our future service. In addition to domestic Wagyu, we also have Motobu beef and Ishigaki beef, so should you come by our restaurant again any time in the future we hope you try these jewels of OkinawaâªIf you ever come around to this part of Okinawa again, stop by and we will absolutely aim for your next experience here to be a 5-star one! See you!

Mmm..here you can induldge the typical ikazaya okinawan food. Many dishes to choose from (quite big plates) and for a decent coin. You can dine on tatami mats if you like!

The place is not a romantic restaurant and you can walk in with tank tops and flip flops. We tried the US rib eye and the Agu Pork Loin. The beef was good and cooked to the right doneness. But the Agu Pork was disappointed -- one slice is dry and overcooked, the other slice is juicy and succulent. The beef set was 6000 yen (incl warm bread, salad bar, appetizer or soup, dessert, tea or coffee) and the pork was 5400 yen. Wine by the glass was 1200 yen per glass... Draft beer 950 yen per glass (50% more expensive than the izakaya next door). The price is fair for hotel establishment, but I'd appreciate a stricter dress code and a more romantic ambiance...

The Wagyu beef from the Yanbaru region is excellent and they prepare it well in this restaurant. Of course it is somewhat expensive, on average 2800 yen for 150 gram, but certainly worth it. The Agu pork T-bone was also good and a bit less pricy. We also had the Wagyu beef, chicken and Agu pork sushi that was very good. It is recommended to take some side dishes. We had the garlic rice and grilled Cesar salad that goes well with the beef dishes. A plus points are the good service and a large drink menu, including various mixtures of plum wine ( daringly we took as dessert the Habu snake liquor, and we were surprised it tasted very good).

The strictly selected beef-steak by âRyuâ is from the cows born and reared on the Ishigaki island. Above all, the best part is the taste of a steak, cut from a cow which hasnât been used for breeding. It is an ultra-soft beef-steak. It will be served with
Unlike other places you get your own private table and do not have to sit with new 12 best friends. This is great when on of the other group is loud. We where two but they had 3,4,6 and 12 serving places. You have distance from each other so you can talk to your group and not be hearing others. Also you can share with your group easily if you just order a bunch of different things and everyone has some of all of it. Fried rice with garlic is worth extra cost. Now this is not a cheap place but it is not that much more than others for a much better quality. You can go crazy at $65.00 a plate. English speaking after 1400 each day and they have a wine list either by the bottle or glass. Should have reservations as there is limited seating. Oh yah also English menu so you know what you are ordering :) Small parking lot which is not a problem except if you have the big van like I have. American's got to love us and our big cars.

It is a shop that uses ingredients of Okinawa. Curry rice and hamburger, hamburger,Okinawa cuisine is the main menu. There are also English menu. It is a shop visitor from overseas often.
My wife starts to crave hamburgers after a week or so of home cooking and very much likes this place; I haven't tried the hamburger yet, but can attest to the quality and deliciousness of some of their Okinawan specialties, the vinegared seaweeds, the peanut tofu, the goya champuru and the fried pig's trotter. There's an air-conditioned inside and a patio outside, though that's on the main road and a tad noisy from traffic. The young staff do an excellent friendly job and I'm impressed by the variety and quality of the food (the pigs' ear salad was delicious, too). With a couple of beers, and a couple of starters the bill tends to come in at 5,000 - 6,000 yen which always seems a little bit high to me. But we keep coming back, so they must be doing something right!

Restaurant is opposite Nakama Steak house, a short taxi ride 550 yen, from Okinawa Marriott Resort & Spa. Set meals of only pork, pork & beef, only beef. Ala carte of other Japanese n okinawan dishes. Pork & beef well-marbled. Meat & raw local vegetables in miso dip very tasty. Set meal is for 2-3 persons who are small-eaters. Cant read Japanese ask for menu in English. Overall reasonable price for meal abt 30% price of similar meal in Okinawa Marriott Resort. This was one of the reasons for not eating again in the hotel restaurants. Local Orion beer also refreshing & inexpensive. Your reservation is also shown on board outside the restaurant. We know you have a large choice of restaurants to choose from, and with that in mind would like to thank you very much for coming to Ryukyu Yakiniku NAKAMA. The driving concept behind our store is local consumption of local produce; representing Okinawa. Ishigaki beef, southern pork, as well as Okinawan cuisine made with local ingredients. Because we have a diverse array of customers from many different backgrounds, we also have Chinese and Korean language menus in addition to our English edition so anyone can enjoy our hospitality without worry. We also offer a drop-off service to neighbouring hotels such as the Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Busena Terrace etc so if you ever find yourself back in Okinawa, so by all means make use of it if you would like to eat some Ryukyu Yakiniku without leaving the comfort of your hotel on your next visit here. For customers who make reservations, we always state the names on the store board at the front in an effort to make the experience as welcoming as possible. It would be great f you could take a commemorative photo with the sign at the shop and keep it as a memory of the trip. Thank you!

This visit was absolutely by chance! Instead of going to the beach - heavy rain came across - we stopped near the restaurant and said to ourselves: why not?! So the restaurant itself is a colorful place full of different devotionals. Nevertheless, the dinner was fantastic.A BBQ in front of your place, delicious and extraordinary. The service was fantastic. So: go there and have Fun!

I really liked this location a lot here on Okinawa, it's a little more secluded than other places and a little expensive, BUT IS SO WORTH IT! They make everything really well and it all tastes delicious, and also the owner is really cool and isn't afraid to speak his mind which I loved. We really enjoyed having you all last night. 7 racks of ribs on top of your main dishes will get a little expensive, I agree to that. but you guys killed it. Hardly any take home LOL Thanks for coming "Home" hope we can see you all more often.Warren & Family
