I have never waited my entire life 1 hour and a half for my food that never showed. My son and I waited for our food that never showed up when all the tables after us ate and left and the Manger 4 times told us 5 minutes while still pumping out other tables orders. When I enquired I was told that they forgot to print out and it will be another 5 mins. After further waiting 10 more minutes I decided to leave as they continued to serve other tables.In my humble opinion the manager could only smile and say 5 mins and not really manage anything specially not the tragedy that was our order that stillafter 90 minutes was not served. You have lost a customer and me and my son will never return to your establishment. Hi Barrakabsolutely this not acceptable in Meatco, we are really sorry about the bad experiance you had! please give us one more chance to correct what have been done.again sorry from all management team, looking forward to serve you again.Gharib Fouad General manager

The Best Steak House in Kuwait. Prices are reasonable, staff are friendly and the portions are huge. There is a great atmosphere in the shop and its the place to go if you want meat in this town.

This place is considered, by many , the best steakhouse in Kuwait and I see why. The location and the ambience is great but it almost a given considered that they are located at the Jumeirah. The steak, I got a ribeye, was amazing as well and that was not a given considering that I did not pick the top quality one. The duck fat roasted potato were very good as well and the tuna tartare was refreshingly good. The only thing I found just all right were the asparagus but I could live with that.
