I took my wife here for a romantic dinner. The service was top notch and the steak was amazing. The prices are not bad! Ramona our waitress was great!. The bread is to die for! I recently visited the Outback in Bossier, La on February 13, 2019. I just got off from work and I was so hungry because I skipped lunch. I ordered the baked Chicken and coconut shimp. The first problem I had was, that I waited so long for the meal. I paid for the meal at 4.56pm and I didn't not receive it until around 5:30pm. I thought to myself, maybe the food would be ready hot. I was so wrong that food was warm, like they just held it in the back for fun. However, I was hungry and despite. I did not have the Energy to sit and wait for them to remake the meal. So my advice to you all is to keep driving. Plus the restaurant was empty, I should have taken that as a red flag. Not worth the $25 at all, plus I used a gift card given to me out of appreciation from my job.

The BBQ is great but the ranch dressing for the salads is the best in town. I highly recommend the grilled chicken salad with ranch. You won't be disappointed!

Stopped here for dinner after leaving work in the area. Had the sliced Brisket Sandwich. The meat was so tender I thought it was shredded! Excellent food and a bit lower than average service. Food made up for the lack of service so I am still giving it 5 Stars! Excellent food!

We had reservations & arrived promptly. We had to wait a while, but, were offered a free drink while we waited. The wait staff was friendly and professional. There was a nice variety on the menu. I had the Filet Mignon. I was cooked perfectly. My husband's meal was perfect as well. It was a very nice experience. I would recommend this restaurant.As we strive to make every experience a five-star one, weâd love your feedback on what could become even better. Please reach out if you have any ideas for us. My wife loves this place so she had her birthday dinner there. She actually loves the pan roasted chicken, the wine and dessert. The strip steak is delicious. The highlight is the Ooey Gooey Louis dessert. Get this even if your not hungry any more. The staff also sings Happy Birthday to the guests. They don't just sing the plain little kids song, they have guys that sing loud and have some flavor.

I went here for lunch. I usually love Texas Roadhouse. We were seated and shortly thereafter, our waitress came and took our order. They were delivered promptly and our order taken. I was with my eight year old niece. We decided to split a sirloin ordered medium, with french fries and mashed potatoes. That was the last time we saw our waitress. Another person brought us the steak and mashed potatoes. I asked for another plate and the french fries we had ordered. We never got either one. We ate a little of the overcooked (VERY well done) steak. There was no sending it back. Who would we tell? After we waited awhile, I got up and went to the front to pay for this fiasco. They had to hunt the waitress down to get the check. I told them what happened. They did not offer to take anything off of the bill for the side that we NEVER got. I paid the entire bill. I asked for the manager. She was very cordial and offered to give me a free appetizer. Like I would ever come back to that place. When we got to the car, my niece told me that our waitress had been sitting at whole time at the table with the people directly behind us. I am still upset about having to pay for a meal I basically didn't receive. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

The service was exceptionally friendly, the atmosphere fantastic and the food to match! Their piano bar is a huge added value to the restaurant and highly recommend this place for special occasions or family events. The management coming around to as how we were doing was also a really nice touch.

Salt Grass restaurant in Bossier City is great. The Prime Rib is utterly Awesome. Cooked to perfection, seared and seasoned with choice of sides. I get the Caesars salad which is delicious. Their frozen margaritas are fantastic also. Service is attentive and friendly.
