A unique Experience about dinosaurs you may see at the Proyecto Dino Geo-paleontological Park. The job of technicians and paleontologist you may see. An specializated guide will make a tour for almost three ours. Real dinosaur bones , original dinosaurs excavations , life reconstruction in an incredible Cretaceous environment. You will learn how was Patagonia 90 millions of years ago; what kind of dinosaurs and reptiles were living in that environment full of trees. You will also see the original collection of vertebrate fossils collected during more than 30 years by the paleontologist Dr. Jorge Calvo and his team. An open window to the past is waiting for you.
We came from England to have a Dino experience for our 7 years old son. Proyecto Dino team made this experience an extraordinary event. We stayed 2 days with a team of paleontologist, technician and geologist, and they really treated us as family. If your option is to stay 2 days, you will sleep in a very cozy trailer of your own with spectacular views, right in the middle or above dinosaurs digging site. Our son loved the experience and we've found a raptor tooth during our excavation. You will also have a full tour of the site museum and learn how to clean the fossils. Thanks to team and Dr Jorge Calvo.

Museo Municipal Ernesto Bachmann was above and beyond expectations. It was extremely intriguing and being in the presence of the fossils of millions of years old dinosaurs is jaw dropping. Not only did this fabulous museum provide the fossils of the Giganotosaurus carolinii, there are also exhibits of several other herbivorous, carnivorous and omnivorous species of the Jurassic period. You are also able to view ancient insects that have been preserved in specific substances, the devices that Ernesto Bachmann used to uncover phenomenal findings and much more. I highly recommend this as a must see on your holiday to Argentina.
If when you think about the word "button" you think about a boring round-shaped object, come to this Museum to discover it's not always the case! With more than 26.000 items from all the 5 continents, learn about a wide range of materials, shapes and colors -along with some stories and a chocolate buttons tasting- You can also book a tea service with homemade pastries and cakes.
