The "Cyprus Historic and Classic Motor Museum" is a remarkable home for classic cars with highlights of their historical and emotional value. Visitors can admire the museum's eclectic collection of cars covering the period of the last century. The museum highlights the cultural importance of the development and growth of the automobile industry. The oldest car in the collection at the moment is a Ford "T" roadster from 1912, which currently has 102 years of life on the road. The newest vehicle is a collectible piece from 2004. Each visitor can enjoy a different yet memorable experience learning the progress of the vehicles through the passage of time. The founding of the museum is due to the vision of veteran Rally Racing champion of International and Cypriot rally competitions, Mr. Dimi Mavropoulos. Wonderful selection of classic cars. Very interesting museum, very welcoming, beautifully laid out, all cars beautifully restored with full information of the history of all the vehicles. Spotless inside plus interesting small items from years gone buy. Anyone interested in cars should visit.

A quaint family-run carob museum in a traditional stone house built in 1889. Visitors get the chance to see how carob toffee (pastelli) and carob syrup are traditionally made. Informative tours regarding the history and uses of carob are offered to all visitors.
Myself and two friends visited one Saturday morning. A lady, slightly surprised to see us, nevertheless opened up and showed us around the museum. She explained clearly the differing sorts of carob, talked us through the production of the syrup which was illustrated by photos on the wall of members of her family who had been involved in the past. She talked about the uses and benefits of the carob. She happily answered questions about the product. Finally she gave us a taster of the carob syrup with some yogurt. There was no pressure to buy anything though my friends did. Thank you, Andri. We had a fab time. Your passion for your product shines through. Well worth the three euro entrance fee.
