Reviewed By 556KateHI had a very good 2 night stay here. The lady who runs it was so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is set back 1 block from the main street in Aprica (though this wasn't an extremely busy road while I was there), but it did mean it was quieter than other hotels on the main road. My room had a balcony with views up down the valley and up to the mountains. It was cold and wet outside, but I was very comfortable inside, and there was a roaring fire in the communal area - and a piece of a cake that a friend of the owner had brought round was much appreciated. Restaurants and the bus stop are just 1 block's walk away. I'm not sure when/if I'll return to Aprica, but if I do, I'll be staying here.

Reviewed By jaoxi2015Instead of a hotel this is a bed and breakfast, rooms are on a floor above a busy bar-restaurant , they are ok but restroom is small ( the sink is in the room!), breakfast is ok, if the price is cheap It can be a good choice anyway for small stay.

Chalet Silvi a new holiday home, one / two / three bedroom apartments constructed in the typical mountain style with local wood and furnished with care. In the apartments there are: TV sat, free WI FI, dishwasher, water kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels, one parking each apartment. The warm and welcoming environment and the availability of services will allow you to spend your holidays in complete relaxation. Our house is situated in the heart of the skiing zone, 3 minutes walking distance from Bormio’s pedestrian center, 50 meters from end of “Stelvio slope” and 200 meters from Bormio 2000 cable car.

Reviewed By DenisTrip23Spent a week with family (3 kids - age 4,7,9) for the third time at Chalet Silvi. Maria and her family are extremely friendly and helpful! Apartments are really a good fit for skiers during winter and for tourist on the rest of the year. All apartments are comfortable, very clean and well furnished. The location is close to the ski slopes/cable car and to the city center, you don't need to use the car. Highly recommended!

The residence is located in Valdidentro, in the hearth of the Alps in High Valtellina. It is 7 km far from Bormio and 29 km from Livigno. In a quiet location, at the foot of a conifer wood. The residence is surrounded by green fields as well as the playground for our little guests. The spacious and comfortable apartments are tastefully furnished, all equipped with living room, kitchenette with all accessories, dishwasher, microwave, satellite TV, wireless LAN for internet access, safe, bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. Reviewed By CarloN96Avendo pianificato di attraversare la bellissima Valtellina ho pensato di farvi una sosta di una notte e, un po’ così a caso, ho individuato questo albergo e chiamato. Dalla disponibilità e la simpatia subito avvertite ho iniziato a pensare che “cascavo” bene. Mai nessuna scelta è risultata più indovinata. Inizialmente mi interessava solo trascorrere la notte, poi trattandosi anche di ristorante, anche ben recensito, ho prenotato un tavolo. In questo paesello bello ed ordinato, si trova questa struttura che è altrettanto curata e di gradevolissimo gusto. Calda ed accogliente sin dall’arrivo è risultata, con la consegna della camera, e soprattutto con la cena, una scoperta davvero davvero fortunata. La cameretta è essenziale, ma non manca di nulla, bagno privato di recente ristrutturazione, pulitissima, letto confortevole, notte perfetta. Ottima anche la colazione! Il ristorante ha dimostrato con le portate scelte, ed i capolavori destinati agli altri tavoli, di essere all’altezza della propria fama, anzi di più! Abbiamo ovviamente e doverosamente scelto le più note specialità locali a discapito, purtroppo, della pizza...! Bellissime e golosissime quelle che si vedevano passare e che ne confermavano l’ottima nomea che le mette al primo posto in tutta la Valtellina. Nonostante conoscessimo i piatti tipici il titolare ci ha comunque illustrato le sue proposte tanto che ne abbiamo assaggiata ed apprezzata una che non conoscevamo. Un tripudio di sapori! Insomma, in due, con due portate ed un dolce a testa abbiamo potuto godere del meglio sebbene sia rimasta qualche voglia insoddisfatta perché ci è stato impossibile andare oltre date le dosi che, oltre che essere superlative per presentazione, profumi, gusto, qualità e genuinità, sono state davvero soddisfacenti! Consiglieremo di farvi visita a parenti ed amici certi di far bella figura! Complimenti e grazie ancora per l’insuperabile ospitalità e accoglienza!!!

Appartamenti curatissimi nei dettagli, con la particolarità, non banale, di essere perfettamente funzionali oltre che molto molto belli. Ci sono tutti i comfort immaginabili, per una vacanza veramente super coccolati. La vista sulla valle è da togliere il fiato. Nota particolare per la cortesia e la disponibilità delle titolari, gentili, cortesi e super disponibili. Soluzione davvero impareggiabile!!
