Great weekend escape from Vienna - big spa area with lots of different saunas and outdoor whirlpools, delicious 6-course dinner and comfortable rooms. Hotel staff was extremely helpful regarding the ingredients used in the dishes and supported me in finding low-histamine options. Also great for outdoor activities in the area, with beautiful forests and fields surrounding the hotel.

A very nice hotel in a quiet location, nice and helpful staff, We had a lovely, spacious room with a large terrace, our e-bikes were safely storred in a garage. We also had a dinner there and we totally understood why this restaurant has one of the highest ranking in the town. Wide breakfast selection was a confirmation of a high standard of service in this property.

We spent here a few excellent days with family and friends. The conditions of the hotel and food are great, and in the surrounding area we did some fantastic hikes. Staff and hotel owners were very friendly and helpful.

We have been here over New Year's. We were 6 adults and 1 child (2 years). First the positive points: the chalets actually look like they do on the photos. Everything was clean and really cosy. The location is nice although (at least in winter) the chalets are in the shadow all day. Ski in, Ski out works really nice. The whirlpool was very warm and one could spend hours in there. However, unfortunately there are quite some negative points as well: 1) Although, when booking, we were asked, if we needed a children's bed, and we paid for it upfront, upon arrival, we were informed that currently all children's beds were already in other chalets. 2) The resort offers that fresh pastry can be ordered, which is then ready for pick up as of 7:30 am at the reception. We did order on the first day for the following day. When I went to the reception at 10:30 am, I was informed that they did not receive all orders, but they are taking care of it. Finally, at approx 11:30 am, we received 4 buns instead of 6. When we informed them about the mistake, they told us that they would bring the 2 other buns ASAP, however, they never showed up again. 3) There was very little toilet paper and when we asked, if we could get some more, they informed us that these are self-catering chalets. 4) The bathrooms for the smaller rooms are ridiculous. It is already hard to wash your hands without swamping the whole bathroom, but washing one's face is literally impossible without doing so. Also the shower in the bathroom swamps at least the bathroom, if not the whole room. It would have been better to have shared bathrooms, but make them big enough to actually use them. To sum it up: We had a really nice stay, but would not come back here.
