Brilliant.Central position, comfortable room. Breakfast good.Helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone who has never tried Travel Lodge. Parking was ample. The only problem was greedy guests at breakfast. The hotel can’t be responsible for guests though!!

Living local I decided to book a last minute night away, I contacted Steve and immediately though how warm and welcoming he was on the phone, brilliant customer service and I knew we were in good hands! We arrived shortly after 6pm, and were shown to our apartment, absolutely beautiful, a living room area within the large room, and an extremely comfy bed, with a lovely bathroom. We used the hot tub on sight-this area is stunning, the most relaxing music playing, whilst remaining private, this really made our evening! It’s safe to say we will never forget our “21st” anniversary, the only downside being we had to leave at 6.30am the following day due to work commitments. Highly recommend and would love to return!

With a shopping centre right next door, and Newbury Station just a short walk away, you'll love the central location of our Premier Inn Newbury Town Centre (London Road). Fans of Downton Abbey won't want to miss a visit to Highclere Castle, the show's primary filming location. The ruins of Donnington Castle are close by, too, if you fancy exploring a little more of Berkshire's history. Nature-lovers and families alike will enjoy a trip to the Living Rainforest - it's only a short drive away, and bursting with exotic plants and animals. Alternatively, you could tee-off at the nearby Newbury & Crookham Golf Club, before finishing the day with a tasty meal at our in-house Thyme restaurant.
After a long journey from Hong Kong via Dubai and a nice drive from Heathrow, our lovely stay at the Premier Inn Newbury started late on a Saturday afternoon with a very warm welcome from GEORGIA on the front desk. She handled a very smooth check in for two weary travellers, and gave us a very nice room with lots of space for our luggage – four large suitcases. The next few days proved to be very pleasant, with all the staff being courteous and friendly – and customer service focused. We definitely enjoyed the full breakfast buffet (thanks to chef VINAYA) and were well looked after by KAREN in the breakfast room. The hospitality and service was great - can’t recall everyone’s name, but thanks to SHANNON, DUDA and all other staff; And a special thanks to hotel manager MARSHA who was most helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we extended by an extra day – and have since booked another two visits to the Premier Inn Newbury there later this month. Looking forward to visiting again...

It was clean and recently decorated. That’s all that is good We had a deluxe family room with an en suite suitable for a family with two children The room had no table, only one chair, a hook on the wall instead of a wardrobe, no drink facilities in the room, not even a glass in the bathroom, no shower gel, a small double bed etc. etc. No catering. Even at £92.50 per night it was a bad choice, There was a communal kitchen where you could make your own food and drink. What a mistake

I will have been staying here for 2 weeks and 2 days once my work training has finished and I have been made to feel nothing but welcome here. The smile on staffs faces when you come to reception and the helpfulness and cheerfulness exudes from them. Nothing is too big for them to make their customers happy. Prabin on the evening/night shift is such a lovely guy. He likes to help and a little bit of a joke and this makes a stay for me, for the staff to make their customers happy. Thank you all. I'm sure I will be back.

Found ourself in here for an evening meal after a late night dash to the shops. It has been a while since last time and got to say it was a lovely meal. We had the duo of chicken and beef as well as the kebab and the food was lovely. Service was very good and the place was spotlessly clean both in the restaurant and the toilets. Not the cheapest place to eat but we thought it was worth it and would certainly return to sample some of the other delights it has on the menu.

Perfectly located a hop, skip and a jump from the historic East Walls in the heart of Chichester, the newly refurbished East Walls Hotel offers eleven en-suite boutique style bedrooms and one garden annexe room, all combining English tradition with contemporary luxury.
Great Hotel elegant decor spotlessly clean , bed was so comfy and woke up to a delicious breakfast, made by the lovely owner who made our stay special together with Nicola. Look forward to going back. Highly recommend it

I thought there should be a person in reception to greet. It’s not appropriate to have to ring for someone. Although the breakfast was adequate it could be improved. I left a towel to. E cha get & the coffee etc to be refilled but nothing happened.

We stayed at the Ginger Pig the night before and the night of my daughters wedding. It couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff did absolutely everything they could going out of their way to help and make us have the best experience. Housekeeping had quite a job cleaning and tidying our rooms between nights after getting ready in the morning for the wedding. No one has tidied my room like that since my mum did it! It was lovely to come back to after the wedding. The night before we had a meal in the private dining room for 22. The food was lovely and again the Sevice second to none. Thank you Ginger Pig staff you were amazing and you made the experience for my daughter very relaxing.

Introducing the latest addition to the Andrew Brownsword Hotel collection, AA Hotel Group of the Year for 2017-18. Minster Mill is just 15 miles from the dreaming spires of Oxford and 11 miles from the inspiring Blenheim Palace. Our charming Cotswold stone buildings and barns are flanked by 65 acres of idyllic grounds set in the picture-perfect Oxfordshire village of Minster Lovell. We’ve just finished the final stages of a major refurbishment programme, taking in all the bedrooms and public spaces and creating an impressive new hotel restaurant and bar. Our magical gardens, lush wild flower meadows and woodland come alive during the summer months, with fishing, walking, croquet and tennis on the menu. When temperatures drop, our hearty food, cosy interiors and roaring log fires provide a welcome, hospitable haven.
Beautiful location with a fantastic little pub across from the hotel . A great spot for walks and not too far from nearby villages . The staff were friendly and helpful . The Room we had was quite small but was overlooking stream and had a nice outdoor area complete with log fire with marshmallows provided in the fridge so that was nice. Breakfast was nice as was the upstairs bar area but we couldn't get any proper food at 10pm even via room service once kitchen closed which was a bit disappointing . You need to book to use the pool so that's not great but overall we enjoyed the stay .
