Reviewed By nestingdragonsI opted for Riverside Majestic Astana Wing as my quarantine stay. From the moment I was picked up to the stay itself, the service has been great. I am currently still staying in my Deluxe King room on the 15th floor (the bed is super comfortable!). By all account, select the river view room. Each even the sky turns into a magical hue of oranges, the most beautiful sunset. A stay would not be great if not for the service. I would like to call out Amos Chong who checked me in upon arrival. His customer service is personable and with lots of attention to detail. He has the ability to make you feel like as if you're a returning VIP even if its just your first stay. Kudos also goes out to Ivy from the restaurant. Each morning she greets with such delight and would address me by name. She's definitely a ray of sunshine. I cant wait to meet her once I get out of quarantine. I definitely would be back and would recommend friends to stay here. For the two excellent staff, Amos and Ivy, I hope you get recognize for the 5 star hospitality you show.

Reviewed By bchuaWe stayed in the hotel for 1 night. During booking, I put in some special request but Hotel did not reply and went I checked in, nothing was done. Rooms are ok considering the price. Enjoy 10% discount if guest eat at the hotel restaurant.

Reviewed By shukorTRAVELThis hotel is most welcomed for me.... Location is just off the main road. Hence, very nearby Bintulu Port industrial areas. Simple three level hotel with the reception, restaurant and meeting room at ground floor. Hospitality overall was excellent! Rooms and facility are alright by me. Breakfast currently is choices of set meals. Meals at the restaurant is a variety of Local, Indonesian, Western, Indian and Vegetarian. Having tried several variety of dishes over the current stay, I opine that it is a total change of the Bintulu atmosphere that i have been accustomed to. The downside of this hotel is not much choices for dinner and evening eat-outs.

Cause everywhere is in old town is reachable in 30min. But if you are looking for some night life. Then you need to take Garb Car to there. Won't be expensive too!

Reviewed By markmatagiNice and cozy inn and quite close distance to the airport bit further from city. There is one restaurant below the inn name camelia restaurant. Recommended food to try and good food. Very friendly restaurant owner. Thumbs up!

Reviewed By Dilah115We reach this place in the evening and choose queen size bed with city view (cost for RM99)..the room is nice, clean and basic. Walking distance to all the cafe areas here and need to use grab app to go to the city like ming cafe/imperial mall or etc. They have free wifi & no elevator to go the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Reviewed By Wander741113i m very disappointed to stay at this hotel, this is my first time and last time to stay here. i stay here for three nights, there are no toilet paper and mineral water .. when ask the staff about that, they all show out unhappy face and talking not nice. i m very angry with this kind of customer services at counter..how come hotel cannot provide toilet paper and mineral water for customer..we are paid when stay there..its not for free.. i dun know why the owner of this hotel high this kind of ppl to working there, make his business drop..if the staff service is very poor and cannot serve customer nicely & friendly. there is impossible for staff to tell customer that no toilet paper and mineral water ..three nights been there, doesnt give us the mineral water. i hope the boss of this hotel will investigate what is your staff doing , what attitude of this staff..dun showing the ego face to us... too bad

Noisy
Reviewed By genevieve123456The hotel was next to a club and it was noisy all night. The room smelt like cigarettes. When I went into the bathroom there was only one towel. When I went down to get a another one the front desk person looked at me and said “yeah because it was raining we couldn’t get them dry.” finally after some time he came back from the back with a clean towel. The internet kept cutting in and out. When we went down to ask if the internet was working downstairs the front desk he said “yeah it happens all the time.”
